I retured an item, it never went back onto my card. The manager doesn't care. The employees tried to help. Poor management. Every time I go in or call he is to busy to talk. Then told be sorry oh well.

Majority of the calls made to the pharmacy, I am placed on hold until someone finally picks up…just to hang up on me without saying anything. Impossible to get a hold of anyone to ask questions about medications.
They also won’t fill any medication requests…even if you provide them the information needed until you call them, to which they don’t answer.

I really like the relatively inexpensive photo products at Walgreens. I have been going to a store 10 miles away because the ones near me are so awful. The one I’m going to is much better. However, today I needed to use the restroom and the staff member or pharmacist was quite rude when I asked for the code and told me to ask at the front in the future. She was less than 100 feet away. The “front” is on the other side of the store. I have a college degree too. In fact, I have two of them, but I’m not rude to people when they want to use the restroom!! It’s uncalled for!! However, I do understand that the staff shortage is probably behind her mood. That needs to be fixed. Your stores get worse and worse all the time!! Treat your people better and they will treat their jobs better!!!

The pharmacy couldn't find my insurance information listed with my provider, although my doctor's office has no problem doing so. Their automated check in for vaccines couldn't find my scheduled appointment even though I had an email msg with all the information. In my opinion, their technical competence is severely lacking. I'll go to Fred Meyer.

The young man who helped us in the photography department was very attentive and patient, since we do not speak fluent English. They should have more employees like him.

Rowena and Christie were very friendly and very pleasant! That's one of the main reason I shop at walgreens because of the people who works there. 5 stars to both of you !

The phone system doesn't work. After you wait 15 minutes it rings and they don't ever pick up. I don't understand how this business operates like this. I have to get in the car and drive there just to see if they are going to fill my prescription.

Some of the most laughably incompetent staff around. Are all the good ones out of stock like all the products?

The staff are awful people. They withhold contraceptives and mental health medication even though it’s prescribed to you and ignore you or put you on hold. I’ve been so sick I almost passed out because I couldn’t breathe and they still made me wait an hour for my inhaler. I’ve been waiting a week for my meds that manage my depression disorder leaving me to my own devices during my dead husband’s birthday. They don’t care about anyone and actively hurt and ignore their customers.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this place or why their process and service is even legally allowed to operate. I went to the ER today because of suspected infection. The provider faxed over to them my prescription order and was acknowledged by Walgreens that it was received. However, upon calling them, they said nothing was received. They told me to wait a couple of hours and call back. I did and still nothing. I verified with the provider again and they confirmed once again that the prescription has been sent over. So, I went to this Walgreens in person and was told that there was a backlog in their system and should try coming back the next day. Frustrated and wasting my day, I called the provider and asked if they could instead send my prescription to Costco Pharmacy. At that point, it was too late to pick up my medication. I did however get a confirmation from Costco that it has been received. The problem is, I can’t start taking my antibiotics until the next day, and my infection is getting worse by the hour. What started as a swelling has now developed lymphangitis. Seriously, Walgreens should not have accepted the order and gave me the run arounds if they couldn’t deliver in the first place. They are putting people’s lives at risk by doing this. This is now how my arm looks like (attached). This could have been intervened hours ago before it got to this point. I’m now worried about tomorrow.

If you need life saving medications go to a other pharmacy. They really do not take care about their patients. I wonder how many patients have died waiting for this pharmacy to do their JOB! Plus you have to double check all the prescriptions they fill, they make major errors and someone can die from their negligence.
