I had a terrible experience when I purchased new tires online and scheduled their installation at this center. My appointment was at 6 pm and I arrived at 5:45 pm. However, I spent 15 minutes waiting at the front desk for someone to show up. Unfortunately, nobody arrived. I had to seek out an associate from a different department who helped me locate someone from the auto care department. When I found them, they informed me that they were running behind schedule and that they might need to delay my car's installation by 40 minutes. I waited longer and returned around 7:40 pm only to find out that they hadn't even started working on my car yet.At this point, I decided to cancel my tire order and the appointment as I couldn't wait any longer. They returned my keys and I drove back home. However, to my surprise, when I logged into the Walmart website, it showed that I had picked up my tires and that the order was completed. I now have to waste my time with customer service to fix their mistake.My advice to anyone planning to get their tires installed - save your time and go elsewhere.

They need a system for who's first who's getting what done..there is nothing but people in line or sitting and nobody knows what is going on with what with their cars etc...

Decided to get my oil change here because I didn’t want to wait 4 hours at the dealership. After Walmart finished my oil change they told me I had to go to the dealership to get the light turned off. So I called the dealer and they told me if they didn’t work on my vehicle then they can’t turn the light off. So I had to drive all the way back to Walmart after several YouTubed failed attempts at trying to reset it myself. They were still no help, granted 1 gentleman helped look it up and attempted but still failed. Anyways after my oil change was done, my check engine light came on!! For an evap minor gas leak but it wasn’t my gas cap, they knocked something off In Order to cause it. So now I have to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed.. save yourself the trouble, go wait the 4 hours at the dealership and DONT get your oil changed by Walmart.Service: Oil change

We bought 4 new wheels that had to be installed the Saturday before this comment, they only put 2 because the other 2 were faulty, good year brand, they also broke my air sensor and now the car's computer shows all the time that it lacks air. Today we went back to install the other 2 wheels that were missing and in the middle of the freeway my new tire deflated and almost caused a serious accident. I sincerely want my money back for the last two more wheels installed. the money for traveling 2 times there because of them too and on top of that we almost had an accident also because of their bad installationService: Tires

One of the best Walmart Auto Carcenter in the state of Washington. Fast check in, best in class service, great prices. I asked upfront if they can handle a car with less than 6 inch clearance and the measure and informed me that they cannot but that they can change them if I take them off myself and drop them off. Got 4 new Falken tires for under $500, well balanced and no scratches on my wheels.What else can you ask for?

I bought tires directly from Walmart and I expected to be arrived at Walmart but instead it went to my house so I brought it to Walmart to have them change tires for my truck and they refused because it isn't matching to my truck's standard size since I already have oversized tires on my truck and the new tires are exactly same size and yet they still refused to do the service so I wish they allow 0 stars because they didn't do at all. So any of you who read this. Do not go there if you want a different size of tires. Good luck!

Scheduled for noon and planned on just wasting time until appointment. Got a call and was asked if I could come in sooner or later. Got there before 10am and left 45 minutes later with new tires. Live far enough away that was able to experience the new tires on highway and off. Great exeperience overall and picked up some Oil and other car maintence stuff at the same time.Services: Auto tire replacement

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 6pm (on 2/10/23) to simply exchange my dead car battery for a new one, but they had already closed up for the night. Prior to this I had come in around 5pm without the battery and told the guy at the front desk that i would be right back with my old battery and he said "ok" instead of simply telling me that they would most likely already be closed by the time i came back (I live only 10 minutes away from the store). I should have expected nothing less from aWal-Mart auto center.

Tried to get an oil change at 3:30 with 3 ppl in front of me. Was told they are all booked up when they close at 6. I get not wanting to work past closing but 2.5 hours early....comeon man

I received notification to be at my appointment at 1 PM. I arrived and the auto center was closed. Totally wasted my time. Then they didn't want to refund the money they had already taken. It took several hours of visits and phone calls to get my money back.

The website said they close at 6pm i got there at 4:30 and thats when I was informed that they actually close at 5pm, and they weren't going to take anymore vehicle's, so I told them that they didn't have to and that I have 2 bare rims with tires already off and they only would have to be mounted I would do the rest, still the old man said no I would have to come back tomorrow and was rude about it. So I took my business to discount tire where they were happy to take my business.
