Have you ever seen a place so lowly rated? 1.5 stars, could it be real. Believe me, it's as bad as they say and worse. I'll never forget how badly I was treated. Called to get service, waited over 25 minutes just to be hung up on. Go somewhere else. I wish this place would go out of business. It's the walmart from hell

This is the Wal Mart to go to. It's not over crowded and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always going out of their way to help. We are older and they are always willing to take the time to find an item. Thank you.

You'd think with 15 people trying to checkout at the same time that they would have more than 1 teller ringing people up. To make it even worse, that teller seemed to be training someone! I definitely won't be going back. I'd give zero stars if possible

Warning to all sincere and trustworthy customers, BEWARE of 'poverty causing' Walmart! This gone Friday, I purchased four tires and wheels cleaner while detailing my SUV. Even my boys were wondering why I purchased so much cleaners. Needless to say, I ended up using only two of the cleaners. However, when I went to return the unused two cleaners back to Walmart, a woman at the Customer Service counter who looked like a drug addict, or a recovering drug addict, had the audacity to accuse me of replacing the cleaner with soap water. She came to that foolish conclusion by opening one of the brand new cleaner container, and inhaling the liquid HAZARDOUS chemical content. A typical crack or meth user I guess. Anyways, couldn't believe the insults that I was hearing ... speaking of her false accusation, but 'greedy' Walmart ended up giving me my full refund. BEWARE people!!!

I go to this smaller Walmart because it's closer to my house and I like the less people at this store because I can get in and out quicker, especially with all of the self check out stands. However recently I have been feeling unsafe. Everything is locked up, makeup, mens undershirts etc. In makeup section, i rang the bell several times and no one ever came. So i got the front cashier to help me but she had to close her lane. Hard to shop when you have to get a cashier to unlock everything. Also grungy people have been following me in store recently and asking me if I want to buy gold chains from them. This last trip someone was following me and my 5 year old grandson who wanted to walk until I noticed so i quickly put my grandson back in shopping cart, then the guy left. Also a shopper brought in her large dog, definitely not a service animal that was lunging at my grandson. Is there security at this store?

Quite possibly the worst service experience I've ever had. Went to electronics department to buy a replacement charger for my kid's tablet. Electronics associate had to go get the department manager, Juan. Juan said that they do not sell chargers for tablets only phones. I told him that I know from personal experience a phone charger will work. The guy was clearly annoyed that I knew more about his product then he did. Tried to sell us an expensive charger. I looked in the case and saw other lower priced chargers but he only wanted to sell the expensive one and demanded that I pay for it immediately. I told him no and since he was very rude, we went to report him at the service desk. At the service desk we were told we would have to wait there for an hour to talk to the store manager. Meanwhile Juan came to the front of the store and was loudly complaining to an associate about our situation. I didn't want to wait an hour so I called the corporate office in Arkansas. The person on the phone took all of my information and put me on hold. After waiting several minutes, the call dropped and he didn't call me back. I called corporate back and talked to another agent. I gave them my information and wanted to know if they planned on compensating me for all the inconvenience I put up with. They said it's up to the store manager. I don't imagine they will do anything to fix the situation. I am posting this here to let other customers know this store doesn't care about helping you and the people who work there have a terrible attitude.
