It seems like this pharmacy is getting worse. There's quite a bit of turnover, but the same pharmy technician is still there. I went to see my doctor on May 8, 2023, and the nurse faxed over the antibiotic prescription. No one called or emailed me from this pharmacy.I needed the antibiotics badly. I waited patiently, and on day two, I called the pharmacy around 5:20 PM. One of the pharmacy staff told me to hold. I did, then she hung up on me. I called back to inquire. The same person who answered the phone said that the prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I walked over there, waited in line then proceeded. After getting all of my information, the Asian lady there told me to hold for a few minutes while she called another Walmart to check stock on the antibiotics. So, the doctor prescribed (14 days) antibiotics, but Walmart Pharmacy only has the ones for ten days. The Asian lady there said, “You can either go to another pharmacy or get a new prescription from your doctor.” I said, “I need it, so please communicate with my doctor.” I walked back home empty-handed. I'm coughing up blood and delayed in getting my antibiotics. It's now day four, and I still have no medications from Walmart.I wish Walmart Pharmacy staff communicated with the UW Clinic that they only have ten days of antibiotics vs. 14 days. Natalie was kind enough to call me back and informed me that she tried to contact the clinic, but no one responded. I've been in contact with the UW Clinic as well. I wish the medication availability info from other stores gets shared with this Walmart or vice versa.I had a phone conversation with Jessica and told her that I wondered if there was a miscommunication. She assured me there was no miscommunication and cut me off by rambling..., saying that she had the ten days of medication, but the doctor needed to prescribe it. She cannot just switch it for me etc. I know all of that.1). So, my doctor faxed over a prescription. If Walmart does not have it, why didn't one of the staff pick up the phone and call the doctor’s office and advise them?2). On Day Two, no communication from Walmart Pharmacy. Remember, I called, and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I told the staff that ill be there in 20 minutes.3). I coughed with blood and walked to Walmart about forty minutes later, hoping to get antibiotics. I found that I do not get any medications after arriving there.Out of all the Walmart Pharmacy staff, Natalie seems to be the best communicator. Natalie’s efforts to go above and beyond set her apart from anyone else. She contacted my doctor’s office relentlessly, urging them to write a new prescription. The “coughing with blood” urgently finally gets attention. I'll have my antibiotics later today, but I'll be at work. So, I will be picking up my antibiotics on day five. Thanks, Natalie!I switched all my prescriptions to Alliance before but switched back because of the convenience.

Natalie is a great pharmacist. She is concerned and considerate when communicating with you and your medication. She’s a five star worker.

Quite possibly the worst service experience I've ever had. Went to electronics department to buy a replacement charger for my kid's tablet. Electronics associate had to go get the department manager, Juan. Juan said that they do not sell chargers for tablets only phones. I told him that I know from personal experience a phone charger will work. The guy was clearly annoyed that I knew more about his product then he did. Tried to sell us an expensive charger. I looked in the case and saw other lower priced chargers but he only wanted to sell the expensive one and demanded that I pay for it immediately. I told him no and since he was very rude, we went to report him at the service desk. At the service desk we were told we would have to wait there for an hour to talk to the store manager. Meanwhile Juan came to the front of the store and was loudly complaining to an associate about our situation. I didn't want to wait an hour so I called the corporate office in Arkansas. The person on the phone took all of my information and put me on hold. After waiting several minutes, the call dropped and he didn't call me back. I called corporate back and talked to another agent. I gave them my information and wanted to know if they planned on compensating me for all the inconvenience I put up with. They said it's up to the store manager. I don't imagine they will do anything to fix the situation. I am posting this here to let other customers know this store doesn't care about helping you and the people who work there have a terrible attitude.

Everytime I want to get something from the electronic section it takes a minimum of 25 minutes because this store delegates this whole department to one old man named Ronald. He's a nice as can be but the store is doing a stupid job of leaving an old man alone. I've never seen him with a line of less than 6 people. This store is terrible. Bathrooms are dirty, it's rare to find a nice employee, every time something needs to be unlocked you have to wait like an idiot for 10 minutes minimum before someone finally shows up. I've finally decided yo start driving an extra 15 minutes to the Tacoma Walmart.

If you go to this store. An any other Walmart. You cannot exchange anything. They will give you your money back. There are no dressing rooms open to try on any clothes. So if you bought your item on sale. An it is now off sale. Or the item was put in the wrong spot. They will make it so you have to pay full price. So Walmart doesn't care about there customers. They only care about themselves. I would give all Walmart stores a zero in ratings.

This store is horrible. Trying to get a ear ring and 3 different employees came and nobody had a key to unlock the case. The bathroom needs to have hazmat clean it.

On Sunday mornings this walmart only has one cashier. I see alot of people buying groceries for either for the household or church gathering. This one cashier causes a long line about 15 carts long and an average wait of 30min which is ridiculous. However both self checkouts are open with a very few people the use them. IMO sunday morning is an important time for grocery shopping.

I went to Walmart because of their cheap tires. The first time i ordered my tires I waited 5 weeks for the tires to come in and then was sent a message that my tires had been sent back because I didn't come in and get them. All the while I was waiting fir them to arrive and was never sent a message that they had arrived. Then I ordered tires again this time it took 1 week when I arrived they told me that all my lug nuts had been put on to tight and they couldn't do the job because they couldn't get the tires off. I drove home and by hand with nothing fancy found all but 1 lug nut was only finger tight. The one that was tight had been stopped by trying to tighten the lug nut instead of taking it off. So I called them and they said bring it back and they will fix the situation. They changed the tires but the guy changing the tires came out and showed me the one bad lug nut and told me there was one on each wheel just like it. I said I checked them in the parking lot before coming in and all but 1 lug nut was only finger tight. He looked me right in the face and told me again that there was one on every wheel but they got them off and put the new tires on. I asked him to check how much was left on my brakes pads and he did he came back and told me they were shot and needed to be replaced. He tried to schedule me for brakes but I turned him down and went to my usual mechanic were he he looked at the pads and said they were like brand new and plenty of life left in them. So the long story short cheap prices but poor dishonest service is what I received at this Walmart Tir

Oh my goodness, all the horrible rumors were true. Yikes! Ordered two bookshelves and picked them up at the store. Or at least we tried to pick them up at the store.... After pushing the little computer kiosk numerous times, we began pushing the red button for assistance and heard it announced to entire store that customers were waiting at pick up. Ten minutes later still no help. Four people come in and out of back trying very hard to not make eye contact. One employee, very friendly called for help, but still no one. Pushing kiosk button, pushing red button repeatedly. Called the store and spoke with customer pickup. Told the nice lady we've been waiting 25 minutes at customer pickup in her store could she please come out and help us. She called for help but this time added a name. A young man finally came and helped us. Get it delivered or go to a different location. OMG or are they all this bad?!?!

Every time I give Walmart a chance and every time I'm disappointed. This is the last time. I don't care if I have to pay more. It's worth the extra money to not have to deal with non-existent service and disgruntled employees. They lock their vacuums up and I waited 45 minutes for help. Totally ridiculous.
