If you car about your time please don’t go this location. I was trying to change oil. I arrived at 2PM and there were 5 guys but they told me they can’t do becouse they don’t have time but they just watching their phones. I hope Walmart fired them and hire people who can do the job .

I've been going here for nearly a decade now. The pharmacist, pharm-techs, the entire staff is SOOOOO wonderful! They're really caring and it goes beyond medication, they're always there to answer questions. Melinda is the best! Awesome place to get all your shots and vaccines on walk-in. Also they have a driv-thru pharmacy, if you don't want to drive to the other end of the Wal-Mart. Also prompt, never out of medication, and are great overall people. They're pretty much like family.EDIT: Hate the new asian male manager, such a pain. Changing to a different pharmacist just because of him. Gen Z needs to learn social decorum and mannerisms.

I recently had to switch pharmacies due to Fred Meyer no longer taking my prescription insurance. Both times I've been to this Walmart location, the people have been very friendly, and helpful. Believe me, the wait times for prescriptions at any pharmacy are going to be 45 minutes or longer. Fred Meyer was no better, most of the time even longer than that. So if you're complaint is that you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for your prescription... In my experience that is completely normal for any pharmacy.

Got a text that my medication needed to be refilled so I texted back YES to confirm. I needed my other medication refilled, so I went online to make sure that one was checked off as well. I then CALLED and spoke to the ONLY gentleman that works there to confirm both of my medications would be refilled - he confirmed that yes, they would be, and they would be done by the time I got there in an hour. When I got there they were all at lunch. Mind you, I live 45 minutes away, so it’s not a short drive. We wandered around the store until they were back from lunch and finally went to pick up the meds. Turns out only ONE was ready, and they argued with me, saying they had NO RECORD of me requesting the second one - even though I requested it both online and on the phone. I told the cashier that I spoke to the gentleman in the back to confirm it would be ready. He walked up front and rudely told me “I never spoke to you.” They said it would be another 15 minutes before it was ready. THIRTY MINUTES LATER, it’s finally ready. This store and these staff members are absolutely miserable people, and need to get some serious lessons in customer service!!!

If only I can give negative star to that representative!!! YOU HAD ME WAITING ON THE PHONE! I called 4x and the rep just keep saying "There's 2 customers ahead of you." For 15mins. The next call, "Ok I'll be back, I have one customer." For 11min. Next is for 12mins, i complained already that I have been waiting for so long, then last , with just a ridiculously rude voice "hold for a moment" without waiting for an answer. I waited for 15min bfore hanging up. Like WTF srsly?? 53mins??? This is a pharmacy not an urgent care!!! FOR SURE YOU DON'T WORK ALONE ATM!

Pharmacy took my prescription, I was waiting 30 min and they refused to sell me prescribed pills. Because pharmacist can't understand what type of pills and was unable to verify, Refused to call my doctor to verify. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST!!

I find the Pharmacists are exceptional all of kind and helpful one lady in particular Sweetie she is so helpful and she remembers many things about your medication and double checks if you are taking something that may have a bad reaction to some of your meds you are taking, she goes that extra mile to help you as often as she can at the same time she is very busy. Thank you Sweetie and the other Pharmacist for all your help it is very much appreciated Elaine Oxford

I am happy with my experience at this pharmacy. They are always friendly, nice, and helpful. I understand the frustrations of waiting sooo long for your meds and how "slow" they are especially when you're sick.. but you have to also understand that they have a ton of medications they have a refill a day. Some days you are going to have to wait longer then other. It sucks but its life. Thank you guys.

Amazing! What a difference! My parents told me how phenomenal and helpful they were but I did not believe it until tonight. Tonight I brought a script from another pharmacy who refused to help me to them and explained to them the situation.. So they called the pharmacy got my script transfer over to them and then proceeded to try to solve the problem. They called my insurance company l, but unfortunately they were closed and then what they did was to go above and beyond. They could've easily told me that I had to pay cash, they could've easily told me that I had to wait until tomorrow but instead they went and found a coupon for my prescription on an app. And got me the prescription for less than my co-pay! They even told me that if I went to ****pharmacy I could get it even cheaper there with this coupon. They did not have to do any of this especially with only 45 min left on their shift but they did. So far they have shown me and my parents what a pharmacy with people who genuinely care and want to help looks like. The night crew was phenomenal. I now understand why my parents won't go anywhere else!

Horrible pharmacy. On hold 25 mintues. Then they said they called my doctor for a refill. They lied. Doctors office never got any request. Horrible pharmacy.
