This branch is the absolute worst. While most tellers are helpful, they don't usually last long here. Why? Because they're massively overworked (and likely underpaid). Running a bank with only two tellers at a time (and managers sitting around doing nothing) is only asking for trouble.This morning I went in to make a deposit... with drive through banking closed again (it's been this way for months) and BOTH ATM's out of order, I decided to go inside. Again, only two tellers and a long line. I asked the security guard if there was another branch open nearby that offered the services we pay for. She rudely told me to find another bank.So, I called Wells Fargo customer support to file a complaint, which was a complete waste of time. I was told they don't follow up with customers who file complaints. I was like... What DO you people do?I'm done... after 20 years with WF, it's time to say buh-bye!

Tellers are great. The bankers are clueless. Very annoyed that the blond banker took the customer who wanted to open an account before me even though I walked in first. Sales over service for that person. Also, maybe have someone available to announce that you need to check in with their scan code (the other customer did not check in). Not intuitive and the signage is not easily visible.

The rate of service at this Wells Fargo is really slow. Unfortunately, because of its location sometimes I have to go to this particular Wells Fargo. So it is a waste of my time when it's quite often at least 20 minutes until someone helps me.The other day, I was second in line in the drive-thru, and it still took them 20 minutes to get to me.Please, staff up!

SLOWEST BANK EVER!!!!!! What is going on with Wells Fargo? Trying to make my employers bank deposit has been beyond difficult. Our SoDo branch closed, attempted to go to the federal way 348th St branch but they were also closed. Twice now I have made deposits at the Federal Way 320th location and both times the wait in the drive through exceeded 30 minutes. I will be recommending to my employer that he switch to any other bank as WF does not respect the client experience or time!
