Rite Aid offers medication take back, however their med take back boxes are full every time I go... and they act surprised when I let them know they need to call and have it emptied. it's not a priority so I will no longer go there.

Haven't been to a rite-aid in years. Went in today for a couple things and I loved how the aisles were organized and clearly labeled. No shelves obstructing the view of the aisle signs. Made it in and out so fast. Nice, helpful people working there too.

Tried to drop off a prescription and waited about 5 minutes at the window. No one at the pharmacy bothered to acknowledge that I was there or came to help. It was like they didn't want the business so I left. Remarkably terrible customer service.

Please pay these people in the pharmacy a bit more so they have some caring attitude toward customers or send them to Customer Service training, better yet, close this place down already. It seems like a bother to them whenever I have to do business with there; I have taken my business elsewhere.

Went to fill a prescription for my son at 11am and they told me it'll be done by 2pm. Picked up the prescription and it was powered and they didn't mix it & gave no syringes! So disappointing!

The pharmacist administering the vaccine was very friendly and personable. Everyone else working at the pharmacy is rude & lazy. Run, don't walk, to a different drug store.

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. Doctor called in prescription and I went to the pharmacy an hour later to pick it up. The woman who helped me was very dismissive and acted annoyed by everything. After consulting with the pharmacist, she told me that it would be ready in an hour. Ok let no time but I accepted this and said I'd be back. When I came back they were closed at 7 even though there website says 9, I have to think this was intentional. This was a medicine my mother needed to start that evening after a procedure which I told the woman helping me. Clearly they didn't care

I've gone to this Rite Aid for over 20 years. In the last couple years it has declined to the point that it is barely functioning. EVERY month I get a notice that my meds are ready and after waiting in line for over a half hour, they are not ready and I have to come back days later. I tried calling ahead this time to confirm. After calling for 6 days I finally got someone to answer the phone. They confirmed my meds were ready to be picked up. I showed up later that same day, waited in line for 40 mins and was told that they were not ready but I could wait a half hour for them but there are about "4 people ahead of you". There were only 2 people working in the pharmacy and there were about 20 people in line behind me. I just walked out.

Worst pharmacy experience. First time using rite aid at this location. My dr sent over the prescription the day before. The next day, went to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist was so rude to me, she said they're backlogged and have no idea when it will be ready. Told her I needed my medication badly and she was just rude. It's been 2 days and prescription still not ready. This is unacceptable, I've never experienced this rudeness and delay in filling someone's life saving prescription. Will never use this pharmacy again.

changing 1 star to 3 stars for partial recovery: Filled a complaint with corporate, got call back from district manager. Looking forward to call back in 1 month, confirming management feels they have done training to prevent such an issue: 7/6/2022. Will change to 5 stars for full recovery of fixing pharmacy. My issue: Pharmacy Will argue with you about your appointment: they marked my Covid vaccine appointment it as "done" and told me to come back in a month! Then Blamed me for making appointment online wrong, when appointment was made by rite aid call center!! Store manager got to the truth, the Covid vaccines got destroyed the prior night with improper handling!! Way to blame and argue with me, I do believe, marking the appointment as completed was a training mistake and not coverup for destroying vaccines. Regardless, unacceptable and training on using computer is needed, in addition, don't blame customer for not being able to use computer correct.

These guys really suck! I'm a Disabled Veteran my doctor called in Paxlovid because I have COVID they called in the prescription at 3:30 PM. Sent my brother to pick it up at 4:00 PM. Riteaid said they didn't know anything about it. So I called the VA twice they told me 3 times they called it into the Rite Aid on 320th. So I keep calling Rite Aid 10 times they don't know what I'm talking about? My nurse called me back they are getting it ready now which was at 10:30 AM. It is now 2:00 PM and still no callback! If your life depends on life-saving medication. This is the last place you should call. They really suck! I've taken a turn for the worst waiting for the meds that really screwed me over now. I'm calling 911 as I can't breathe now and can't wait for my meds anymore from my meds. Thanks, Rite Aid. You guys are evil as they come.

Absolutely THE WORST god damn pharmacy in the state of Washington. No insurance follow through. Meds not ready when they say they would be. Long wait times for stock. Frustration after frustration. I've been without my meds for two weeks because of this shitty attempt at service.

I was trying get my medication and the Pharmacist was rude and later I spoke with my doctor and she told me same thing the Pharmacist was rude with her there no customer services at all I'm not asking for medication for free. That lady need to be fired so many bad reviews I DON'T Understand she still there. I left before because that and I came back to this Farmacy if see they change but I guess not. know again I not coming back here ever again. they not deserved not even 1 star.

Transferring pharmacies today! I've officially lost my patience after 4 years with this pharmacy. I'm a pretty patient person but their mistakes are wasting my time. The line is always extremely long so having to wait in it just to have to come back later to wait in it again because of a mistake on their part is ridiculous. If you need a reliable pharmacy just go elsewhere. Side note: They will not fill a prescription if "it is not covered by your insurance". They will not call you to inform you of this so you will end up waiting in line just to get denied your medication. Some people need their medication right away and will pay out-of-pocket for them so if your doctor calls in a medication for you it should be filled no matter what and you should decide if you want to pay for it or not.
