11/10 service here! I was having a difficult time trying to close an auto loan and not only were they able to help to solve the situation but they even stayed after hours to help me since I was not available the next day! Super kind & thoughtful workers.

To start off I'm extremely sick and wanted to avoid going to the store so I do not spread it. I ordered multiple DayQuil, NyQuil, Vicks vapor rub, and Gatorade. I placed the order at 6am this morning and received an alert 20 minutes ago that my order was filled... the Gatorade... just the Gatorade was fulfilled. I've been waiting for almost 12 hours for medicine, and they didn't ask for substitutions or anything. You're telling me grocery store doesn't have any DayQuil/NyQuil? They had no problem charging my card the full amount, and when I called they said there is nothing they can do and I'll receive my refund in 2-3 days.

I'd like to take a moment out and thank Ikuko in the bakery for her over-the-top customer service. I went in on Saturday morning to pick up one of their normally stocked specialty cakes. Ikuko informed me that they were short on help and wouldn't have it out until later in the afternoon. After telling her that my daughter wanted that specific cake for her birthday cake. After some checking and talking to a couple people, she told me she'd have it for me in time. Then to top it off, she called me a couple hours later telling me that it was ready to go. Not the level of customer service we've all come to expect in today's times of employee shortages. You have all my cake business from here on out. Thank you!

I ordered two cakes for a birthday event. When I got to the location and opened the box, the frosting had fallen off a third of the round cake. It was a cool day and the frosting did not melt, it just did not adhere properly to the cake. Some of the frosting also fell off the sheet cake, but that happened later in the event after we already had cut into the cake, so it wasn't a huge deal. I did go back and talk to a store manager and while she was sympathetic, it was obvious she didn't really care and didn't offer to make things right. I will not be back.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. I needed to run in and grab something in the evening and was helped by a young lady named Cyndie. I believe she spelled her name different from most, but that is not what stood out about her. I had a long day and was feeling beat and she was very polite and uplifting. She was very helpful and I appreciate people like her. Especially after a long day. I really would not want to deal with somebody that is grumpy or had a long day themselves.

I have to say that residents of the Seattle area are unfortunate to have the worst supermarkets in the US. Safeway, Fred Meyers, Walmart - it's a race to the bottom. Customer service is non-existent but I chose to write a review of this particular Safeway because I stood at the deli counter for 5 minutes without an employee in sight. The head honchos at Safeway should spend a week at Wegmans in the mid-Atlantic area or Publix in Florida to see how real supermarkets are run. The delis have anywhere from 3-5 people behind the counters where they have Boarshead products and make subs to order, have a wide variety of ethic food, olive bars, cheeses from all over the world, make a plethora of breads, cakes and pies in their bakeries, BOGO specials weekly, plenty of human cashiers and baggers with no self checkouts and the list goes on and on; all in an effort to provide great service and products to their customers. The supermarkets in this area are absolutely pathetic.

Zero stars. Terrible customer service waiting to be helped over 10 mins when there was no other customer in the area ; when I was finally helped to get what I wanted they couldn't even make my order because "it won't be cooked all the way." Should probably fix that, seems like it's a major problem

They love to create lines, with the new floor layout, even if you buy toothpaste you have to stand in a dedicated line. Completely not efficient nor safe with locked doors blocking your exit

Yes, not a good store to go to. Safety issues on the parking lot, drug dealing day and night, Deli is not up to par with other Safeways we visited. It is hard for me to understand the idea that i pay same price in other, much nicer, cleaner stores that provide better tasting food items (see deli) . Yesterday i saw two (2) kids, age 12 or so riding BMX bikes INSIDE the store, they dropped their bikes in front of the deli counter and walked around inside.... Did i say INSIDE the store? , i did, didn't i.... there used to be some staff how enjoyed working in a grocery store but i assume they left for other greener pastures, this place is a mess, i wish clowns would work here, at least that would make it fun to go to.... instead it is a sad sad place. i just transferred my meds to another chain, so i have no need to visit here...

Customer safety seems to be an issue at the Safeway on 320th, in Federal Way. They are allowing homeless and drug addicts to sleep by the doors and shoot their drugs right in front of store while leaning on building. I witnessed this myself so I know it’s so. Myself and my family will not be shopping at this store due to the fact I do not feel safe there.

I would like to revise my review of Safeway on 320th. I was too harsh on the store. I could have been more objective, in that they are dealing with supply issues like everyone else. They have some awesome workers and try to accommodate you. I let my frustration get the best of me that particular day. I've been shopping there for over 2 years and normally it's a pleasant experience. Still keep going back.

I obtained a Pre-Approval over the phone for a notable car purchase (my third or fourth+ vehicle I've financed through Alaska?). Once I selected the vehicle I wanted I came to this AlaskaUSA branch in Safeway to finalize the paperwork. I had no reservation and showed up in the last couple hours of the business day. Branch Manager Christina F., was incredible! She welcomed me in and despite a busy schedule, began working on my loan ASAP. Financing a vehicle is stressful enough but she made the process enjoyable and painless! My iPhone was dying after using it all morning searching for the right car, sending documents to the dealer, preemptively snapping photos of the new ride, etc... I needed this to add insurance coverage, show documents to dealer, etc. so I was rightfully getting stressed (+ I didn't wanna buy a charger for $30 bucks from the store). Christina went out of her way to locate me a phone charger while I sat in the office! 100% excellent customer service (difficult to find nowadays). I will continue doing banking with AlaskaUSA and plan to do even more after this experience!

Worst Starbucks in this safeway, rude employee. WE ordered coffee and pastries this morning, She served us food from the DISPLAY CASE which is so disgusting ,she also made our coffee's so sloppy, slammed doors which fell off, threw the food on the counter like we were dogs. We had to throw away the food for fear of food poisoning . We spoke to the manager "Jeff" about it and he said their employees that work at the Starbuck kiosk are Safeway employees. He handled the situation OK But it's not alright to treat customers like animals if YOU don't have the skills to control yourself then they should not hire people like that ! This is by far the worst experience we've had and especially from a Starbucks/Safeway. We will do ourselves a favor and not return here!
