I'm a happy to say I really like all my Banner Bankers 25 year long time customer.
Before it was Banner bank.
I'm very happy with the personalized customer service and support. The staff really cares . I spend much time out of USA . They are easy deal with. They remember me. They protect me. They are really helpful . Simply put. They're great IMO. Keep up the good work Banner Banks thanks for consistent outstanding service....Jerry Jjk

Extremely rude, and refused to service someone because in air quotes driver’s license was from out of state, And also assumed that I could not fund the account.
Rude or racial profiling who knows but Julie definitely needs to work on her costumer service.

Excellent service at this location! Kudos to Julie for staying open longer on a Saturday to accommodate my husband running late to make a transaction. That’s fine customer service and it sure goes a long way! Thanks again.

I have an account here, and I wish someone could assist me in obtaining a credit card. The last time I applied for a credit card with this bank, they informed me that my credit score was very poor. However, upon checking, I found that my credit score was actually quite good.

I’m a new buisness owner. I had a miss understanding with my account and it was closed. Had everything I needed to fix my mistake but the manager never talked to me or knew my situation. The employees where nice and respectful but the manager had no interest in helping me.

I've been with banner bank for over 4 years and have always had the best service from them. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with my service, in my home branch they feel like family.
