“My battery died when I was passing through Bellingham, and luckily O'Reilly Auto Parts was within 100 meters from our car. We waited over 1.5 hours for AAA and no one came. We walked over to to O'Reilly Auto Parts and there was a helpful staff member, Donovan, who tried to help us find the right battery for our Toyota Highlander. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right battery in stock, but he gave me suggestions where to find the battery and walked over to our car to assist in jump starting. Super nice guy! Thanks Donovan!”
“They got us in for an emergency tire repair Labour Day Saturday. Saved the day...saved the weekend since we live closer to Seattle. They were really busy, but made it work and didn't "pick our pockets"....they were totally fair. Family run business with the daughter and her 3 brothers amongst the people busting their butts...on a long holiday. Good..honest...fair; a rarity in today's service industry. 5 stars all the way!”
“My car battery was super corroded and a year beyond the warranty, and I barely made it to the parking lot when I realized I'd neglected to maintain it. It was not a convenient time to have the issue, but the staff were so kind and service oriented without asking anything in return. The woman on the phone was super welcoming when I called to make sure they could help. And the person name Ryan who installed my battery(guide meridian location) was super nice and made sure my alternator was doing it's job before I took off when I was all good to go.
Saved the day, and a LOT of frustrations after not being better prepared. Got the battery on my calendar for the warranty this time. And hopefully won't be caught by surprise again.

Hey managers and corporate, this is the type of worker you want running these places!When we went in for a battery test and replacement, he heard another worker telling my family he would lend us tools to change our battery in 3° weather. Sabino asked what car we had and knew right away it was a simple job. He offered to help out in 3° weather, not to mention the wind chill. This is customer service. Give him a raise???”
