“They got us in for an emergency tire repair Labour Day Saturday. Saved the day...saved the weekend since we live closer to Seattle. They were really busy, but made it work and didn't "pick our pockets"....they were totally fair. Family run business with the daughter and her 3 brothers amongst the people busting their butts...on a long holiday. Good..honest...fair; a rarity in today's service industry. 5 stars all the way!”

“Went there to purchase a new remote keyless phob for my car. They couldn't program it. They had a Technician come out. The issue was my battery. They replaced the battery at no charge. They were able to program my new phob at no charge. This is probably the best customer service I have had in a long time. O Reilly has always been helpful in the past too. I would recommend everyone to go to here any automotive issues and supplies. ?”

Hey managers and corporate, this is the type of worker you want running these places!When we went in for a battery test and replacement, he heard another worker telling my family he would lend us tools to change our battery in 3° weather. Sabino asked what car we had and knew right away it was a simple job. He offered to help out in 3° weather, not to mention the wind chill. This is customer service. Give him a raise???”
