You can taste the difference when fruit is locally grown with care right here in Whatcom County.
I met Barb and Cindy at the Lynden stand, who are always welcoming, friendly, and make every visit feel personal. They also have a farm location in Ferndale, WA. If you love real farm fresh strawberries, local agriculture, and supporting hardworking local growers, Barbie’s Berries is absolutely worth the stop. Easily some of the best strawberries in Washington State.

“Love Bedlington Farms potatoes! They are the freshest, best-tasting potatoes I've ever had. The family that runs this operation is awesome (I've had the pleasure of meeting some of them when picking up my potatoes). Thankful for a place to get farm fresh potatoes directly from the farmer.”

“The berries are great but the selling situation is not that good. No signage that they are out of berries before you park. Call ahead and they say come back at noon. After you drive from Bellingham and arrive at noon and they are already sold out. They either need to pick more berries for sale or put a sign up so you can keep driving past. Very frustrating!”

“Good loading faculty and they have a scale onsite which always gets bonus since it makes drivers life so much easier. Have had a wait here couple times but they literally only have one dock and two dump loaders so if you get there after a couple other people you will wait but the loaders are good and efficient so the waits are not terrible”
