Turns out they couldn't help me, the rims for my Ford Ranger are kind of unique, apparently. Staff was super helpful, and friendly. I had the dogs with me, and that was no problem, turns out the owner had the same breed.

Do not risk the safety of your valuable vehicle and, most importantly, your life. I had a concerning experience after having my Sprinter 3500 motorhome tires changed at this tire shop. One day, TPMS alarmed; within only minutes, one of the tires became flat. Fortunately, the tire shop at Costco rescued and discovered that the wrong stem valves were installed, low-pressure type. Driving on the highway in such a condition could have been fatal. The tire shop later replaced the right high-pressure stem valves, but unfortunately, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused. 6 hours wasted.To make matters worse, there was another incident where our Sprinter, with only 14,000 miles, suffered further damage. The tire shop mistakenly jacked up the rear differential not once but twice, resulting in leaks that couldn't be repaired. As a result, I now have to crawl under the chassis and manually add gear oil regularly. This is an unacceptable situation for any vehicle owner.To address these issues, I reached out to GCR headquarters and filed a complaint, no response or resolution. This lack of customer support is disappointing and adds to the frustration caused by these incidents.Regarding your vehicle's safety, choosing a reliable tire shop that values your well-being is crucial. Please take a look at these experiences before you visit this shop.

Website was a corporate placeholder. No local contact information was given. Unable to contact anyone to verify if the Ferndale, WA location was even open for business. The buildings looked run-down and shabby when I drove by last week. I didn't have time to inquire within. I got the feeling they DON'T WANT to serve individuals as customers, just corporate accounts.

The people here are about as nice as it gets. I called to see if they could check the pressure on my motor home tires. They were super helpful and worked me in right away and finished the job quickly even though it was more complicated than it sounds. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and accommodating.

Buying tires can be like pulling teeth. Mike's no pressure attitude was greatly appreciated. He went the extra mile in giving me towing education and double-checked to make sure my car was in condition for a long road trip. Quick, fast service. I was in and out within a couple of hours. A++!
