Small Pharmacy with only a single checkout. Many drugs are 5+ days out due to small area and the wait in line for 20 minutes to get to the front of the pickup line.

Most Pharmacies aren’t usually the friendliest, but on Labor Day at Haggen (1pm), a pharmacist (pretty sure his name was Eric?) helped me with discounts and gave great advice, probably the nicest pharmacist I’ve met. Came back today, Liz the other pharmacist was super friendly & helpful friendly. All the other staff were very helpful as well so I’m Not sure how others had bad experiences here on some of these reviews, but mine’s been wonderful, way better than Walgreens. Great job guys, keep it up!

Pharmacy refused to provide life saving medication. Pharmacist said they didn't have it and won't be ordering it. Being a patient with severe spinal arthritis and disc pressing on my spine to live a near normal life I need long acting pain medication. This pharmacy refused to provide it.
I give it a zero for playing doctor.

They clearly do not like their job. This is unbelievable. I cannot wait to transfer away from them. I always thought they would give more personal customer service, but they are clearly bothered when you come there or call.

I have never had any issues with a Haggen Pharmacy. I get my prescription just fine. However, where it lacks big time at this location is customer service. Everyone seems like they hate their job (maybe they do) and people picking up their prescription are a huge burden. Also, when my prescription was new to me... no consultation was given, even when I asked. What??? Isn't that required? I wish I had remembered who it was and reported it right away because my medication absolutely should have included a consultation. Thankfully, I was able to get information from my doctor. Anyway, I am about ready to switch just because I am tired of being treated so rudely and by grumpy pharmacists.

Best pharmacy around! I almost made the mistake of transferring my prescriptions to a closer pharmacy and thank goodness I didn't make that mistake as they don't have the customer service or high standards that haggens pharmacy in Ferndale offers! Thank you for going above and beyond to help with our prescriptions and getting them filled .

I recently made the biggest mistake by asking Haggen transfer our prescriptions to Rite Aid Blaine. They transfered several times and Rite Aid kept saying that they never received it. Rite Aid finally said they didn't want our business. Haggen pharmacy has been so helpful though this process. For me it is worth driving further to get my prescription. Thanks Haggen, keep up the great work.
