I would not recommend this Credit Union to anyone. I have been a member for over 30 years and they were great but really spiraled downhill about 5 years ago. They do not back they're customers who have issues with identity theft even if you pay the monthly fee for protection. I'm going to find a credit union that will stand with me not against me cuz this one has let me down to many times. They make promises that they don't back up. It took 6+ months to get reimbursed for my cell phone. Identity theft protection .. nothing. What a joke. I would give a negative number review if I could

Made a deposit the other day. The teller let me know that because of the amount of the check that there would be a hold on the funds. This is the first time that I had a bank explain why was great. The receipt showed the date the funds would be available. This is one of the reasons why we moved the ICU. The people at this branch are great. Always have a smile and are very nice. If I could give more stars it would be a hundred. Keep up the great work you do

Michael is one of the rudest most inconsiderate people we have met. Unfortunately, he feels his position gives him some power in life, and when able to use it, he does. I was making a deposit (as i have thousands of times, many years) for my partner who is very sick. When Michael decided hes going to keep my partners card (keep in mind, I've been doing this for years depositing). Michael says, "Not today," with a smile. Keep in mind my partner needs meds, groceries and that's the only card.... My family has been banking here for years, and after the treatment we received from Michael, I will inform them all and move all our accounts.. Pretty simple customer service Michael...

From the moment I walked in I was greeted. I was told, i can help you? All my questions were answered and the conversation was great while waiting. Information was given and it was so informative I opened up a account. 1out of 10. They got 20. Thanks again.

Tried to refinance my truck with Chris Juchmes at the Ferndale Branch for over a month and he kept putting me off. I do understand that he lives in Sumas and was dealing with the flooding out there. I gave him another 2 weeks to work on it and nothing I left several messages numerous emails. HORRIBLE SERVICE and Will be looking to take my business somewhere else and hope you do the same

Stand in line for 30 minutes while the 5 people working behind the counter can't be bothered to help. Mind you only 2 customers including me are in the lobby.
