Sit in the drive through for 3 minutes without being noticed. Loop around to try and be able to order. Have another car pull in ahead of you during that. See that they order over $30 of food. Try to order anyways even though there will now be at least a 10 minute wait. "Can I get two tacos?" Voice comes back....sorry, we're out of tacos. Like seriously....why even bother.

My recent visit to Jack in the Box left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, largely due to the unacceptable behavior of one particular staff member—a red-haired teenager who seemed more interested in their phone than attending to customers. Not only was the service excruciatingly slow, but the teenager's attitude was downright appalling.Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with indifference by the red-haired teenager, who appeared to be more focused on texting than acknowledging customers. When I attempted to place my order, their response was dismissive and bordered on rudeness. It was evident that they had little regard for providing satisfactory customer service.Throughout my visit, the teenager's lack of professionalism and respect for customers was glaringly obvious. They displayed a complete disregard for basic courtesy, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a patron. It's disheartening to encounter such apathetic and disrespectful behavior in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction.In addition to the poor service, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lacking. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the ambiance was far from inviting. It's evident that there are significant issues with both the staff training and the maintenance of this particular Jack in the Box location.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when patronizing any establishment. Unfortunately, my experience at Jack in the Box fell far short of these expectations due to the unacceptable behavior of the red-haired teenager working there. I sincerely hope that management takes swift action to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this location. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Jack in the Box to others.

The kid who took my order was inordinately rude. He wouldn't or could not directly answer any of my questions. Gave me a pitifully small amount of fries. I ordered a large andbit was 4 bites worth of food. I came back to ask for water and he told me it was going to cost 4.25 for water unless I got a small then I asked what size a small was, he picked up a cup and filled it without declaring it, then refused to give it to me and verbally attacked me for being rude. I requested the water several times and to know his managers name several times and he said he wasn't going to tell me his managers name, shut the window, then I think I saw him videotaping me as I left.I think that little tik tok brat needs to go back to kindergarten to get an education on question asked question answered.I would never go back to that site on my own and if I were the manager I'd fire him and tell him this review is why.I don't buy fast food french fries or leave review often but the cilantro sauce and service there suck.And that kid isn't worth his wage.

Poorly run and managed. Get orders wrong, food quality is inconsistent, horrible customer service. Even contacting the area manager phone number listed outside drive through was bad experience. Still haven't received reimbursement for not getting mobile order after waiting 20min inside and no one coming to front counter to help me (this was a couple months ago), and I haven't received reimbursement for my mobile order that was completely botched earlier this month. Not gonna fool me a 3rd time. Taking my money elsewhere. I recommend avoiding this location.

Placed a mobile order on the app and selected drive thru. Went through drive through and was told we don't do mobile orders in drive thru. I've always picked my order up in drive thru. So I went inside and the rude worker told me there's a big sign out front for the holidays. The sign says delivery drivers pick up inside. Such as door dash or grub hub. I'm not a delivery driver. Just a person who placed their own mobile order. Overall rude establishment. Update: just got home and realized they didn't give me the large curly frie I ordered that cost almost $5.

I'm in love with their egg rolls. I'm from Florida we don't have a jack in the box so when I sank my teeth into their egg rolls I did my food dance. If you're food can have me do a two step oh you doing you're thang. My son is absolutely love the little tacos so yeah great job

This JitB is inconsistent with service. Most of the time its good to great, they make eye contact and get you sorted right away. But quite often, its quite poor with no acknowledgment at all fro staff. Also if you walk up to the pickup order sign and not the till which is 10ft away, it seems intuitive that you are looking for a pickup order. But every time we pick up our order, they seem surprised by it.Be nice to the staff. They are obviously trying to improve.In terms of efficiency, its often very good but sometimes terrible. You might say "its hard to find good help" but these experiences vary with the SAME employees on different days. I have no explanation other than working conditions.The food varies in quality from day to day, but is generally up to expectations.

by far the worse place to get food!!! I spend $17.05 on #3 and 2 tacos on my way to work this morning 11-10-23 drive thru order #152 @09:04.05AM. Man, I wish I wasn't in a hurry to work to be able to go back and ask for my refund. The fries were Letterly super cold and over cooked. Tasted like 1-day old fries in a bag. the burger was so cold also the tacos Aswell. I couldn't eat the food I was so mad when I got to work, I threw the food away well pretty much threw away $17.05. for that price next time i will get BOB'S burger better AHHHHHHH THANKS JACK IN THE BOX FOR RUING MY MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
