Just bought Jacks ginger cookies at Sprouts and they are soft and wonderful. I will try all of these allergy friendly delights!

The worst cookies I've ever had. Should not even be categorized as a cookie because they lack structure and fall apart as soon as they are touched. And the taste doesn't satisfy my need for something sweet.
Mine ended up in the free food bin.

Super picky eater. Not necessarily Paleo but chose the chocolate chip at whole foods Maui because they 'felt' good. I am an empath and my intuit senses rarely serve me wrong. They were delicious and went out a couple of days later to no avail. :(... Thankfully, I tried again the day after and here I am after half the box eaten. No Guilt, Remorse or anger at myself!! Sooo0 Delicious. Mahalos!!

I have sensitivities to gluten, dairy, soy and corn and finding store bought cookies that I can eat is next to impossible, so discovering these cookies and finding out they are actually amazingly delicious and soft is so impressive. Paleo can be hard to master in baking so well done you guys!!

The brownie bites are so delicious! Feels like I’m cheating eating so healthy. My only hope is they start making it potato-free!!! I follow AIP with a couple of reintros but can’t do potato or corn. The lemon cookies are amazing. I always have several boxes in my freezer! Thanks for the amazing treats!

These are a convenient, prepared treat for those of us following a Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) lifestyle. Lemon Zing and Molasses Ginger are my favorites!

My favorite thing about Jack's Paleo cookies is that many of the cookies are completely AIP (auto-immune protocol) friendly. It's nearly impossible to find any sort of foods like this in the store and trying to make this kind of treat can be very intensive.
More personally, my wife has been on a health journey for the past few years with some fairly restrictive food requirements. By being able to run to the store for some Jack's cookies, I could conveniently bring her a little creature comfort when she needed a little morale boost.
They are very yummy too! It's hard not to eat a whole package in one sitting :)
We were lucky enough to meet the family (So nice!!!) at a Paleo conference dinner and sampled the newest sunflower butter flavor. (So Good!!!! It's like eating peanut butter cookies!) Please check these guys out if you can, it's totally worth it.

A little background, I am an obese guy in my mid 30's who recently moved over to the Paleo lifestyle, the transition has been mostly easy except for dealing with the sweet tooth and boy do I have a sweet tooth!
I ran across these cookies at Grocery Outlet in Ferndale, while the Jacks crew was in store. I am normally very hesitant to try "Gluten Free" or "Non GMO" products however after chatting with them a bit and finding out they Paleo friendly as well (as the name implies), I decided to sample a couple different flavors, and I am glad I did.
I have been hooked ever since! Snickerdoodle is probably my favorite, followed by Chocolate Chip and Trail-mix. If you're looking for Gluten Free, Non - GMO, and/or Paleo, do yourself a favor and give them a shot!!!
I am excited to see what this company can do in the future!

My 3 year old son has a laundry list of IgE allergies as well as F-PIES, I lucked upon these at Whole Foods and was in disbelief that they were safe for my son. He has never had any bread/cookie/cake/cracker type product his entire life. The first time I offered him one he inhaled it and loudly announced two thumbs up!! Thank you Jack's for making such an amazing product that is safe for the allergy world!!!!!

Tried 3 varieties of Jack's cookies tonight at a small gathering of 12 people. 6 of us are gluten free (I'm the only one with the need for "everything-free food") but *all* of us enjoyed these. They were delicious! I only wish we'd bought more so we all could have gotten our fill. The types we tried were the Snickerdoodle, Ginger Molasses, and Chocolate Chip- and all of them were great. If a person reads the ingredient list, it will be evident that these are meant to be soft cookies. They aren't cake-like, though they are soft. I'll definitely be buying these again- and recommending them to others. Thanks, Jack's, for a delicious treat that even those of us who "can't eat anything" can enjoy!
