They patched my tire for free; I couldn't believe it! They also did a full diagnostic on my vehicle's alignment and three other tires (also free). They didn't try to lie or up sell me and were extremely helpful. We will now be bringing all three of our family vehicles to this location. VERY trustworthy place.

Friendly staff. Got me right in at my appointed time and had my alignment done in less than one hour. There is a bowling alley a short walking distance away. So I threw a couple of games while I waited. It was pretty rad. My van drives a million times better now, too.

They patched my tire for me for free! Nothing is free nowadays so I was flabbergasted. Way to foster good faith.Also just from watching them work, the whole demeanor and cross training each other displayed a work ethic I have not witnessed in years at any auto service shop.I would look for opportunities to come back here to get work done on merit of this first contact.

My car got a nail in the front passenger side tire. Took it to the Ferndale Les Schwab and they took care of it for free was pretty quick and a huge stress load off my shoulder. Great customer service highly recommend!

I give them a 5 for honesty because during my front-end alignment, they told me everything was within specs, so no-charge.But when having a couple of tires balanced and add sensors, they are 10 bucks per tire more than Discount tire. (40+ per)

Nice people. Professional. Very helpful. They even offered to squeeze me in for a simple tire rotation. They also let me know how my breaks are doing (probably have another six months or so) and printed off estimates for my budgeting purposes. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but I appreciated the kindness and the lack of pressure sales. Good Folks.

I had a flat winter tire which my dealership told me not fixable in Canada and that i needed to buy 2 new tires. My fiance took my car to Les Schwab in Ferndale. Not only did they fix my tire for free but they rotated my tires free of charge. I have no words for my gratitude. I am so impressed and thankful. When i go to buy my tires im 100% going to these wonderful people. My canadian Toyota CHR and I thank you wonderful wonderful amazing folks. Wish i could hand out more stars. Thank you guys.
