Just another bank that will steal your money via "overdraft protection".Edit: I should add that I requested my account be setup in a way that would deny the transaction if there wasn't enough funds in the account and was assured by Debbie Nissen that that's what would happen. Unfortunately they independently decided that the account shouldn't be set up that way, or maybe they just forgot. Either way I was charged much more than I would've if my account was set up the way I was verbally promised. I was not offered a reimbursement on the difference via phone, maybe in person will yield different results.

The workers have an attitude problem towards races other than white. One worker threw their hands in the air and began to talk badly about me to another coworker. This happend becuase today I canceled my bank account with North Coast Credit Union. Workers unprofessional, Apathetic, and slow at doing there job. I am unhappy about the service they provide towards the custmers.

Since the merger they just dont care about customers. You cannot call a branch directly. Hold times are extreme at call center. I have been a member since 1971 but i am about done.

This is the BEST location. I have been with NCCU forever. I started with a child's savings account and now even do my car loan through them. I trust them and they are the best. Matt takes good care of everyone there. And there is the yearly bbq for members. What's not to love?

Nice credit union to be a member of. I chose them since they are not too big and not too small. Larger credit unions act just like the banks, try North Coast. You will hardly ever have to wait behind even 1 person in the drive thru, unless I just happen to pick the right days/times.
