Would give 0 stars if possible, absolute worst experience working with a shop in my entire life. Illegal and shoddy business practices and down right dangerous repairs completed on numerous occasions. Was never given an estimate (unlawful in Washington state) and was expected to pay over 3 times what the normal jobs would’ve cost anywhere else. Shop was given 2 weeks to do a simple repair on my vehicle and the job took over 2 months in which I heard nothing from anyone on their team. Whatever you do stay far away from this place I am now having to have another shop repair the work that they were supposed to do.

Loads of scammers! Took 6 months to get my set of wheels powder coated and scammed me out of hours of labor.. many others have said the same thing im not sure why they have 5 stars. They are the worst shop I’ve ever seen.

Ray is an extremely professional and outstanding businessman!I arrived at his shop late in the afternoon, and even though they had a bunch of work going on he still told me to pull my car in and have them check my tires out. He fixed a poor balancing job that a previous tire shop in Blaine had done, but after telling him and Isabel that I had just gotten my vehicle serviced for control arm bushings, and noticing severe degradation of the associated tire, as well as other important issues with the tires, he advised me to purchase new tires as soon as possible.It's clear that Northwest Custom Wheel LLC cares about their customers because they went the extra step to ensure stress free payment, offering several financing plans, even one with 90 days 0% interest!I will be visiting NW Custom Wheel, as well as recommending them over O'reillys, Beacon, Discount tire, or any other competitors nearby. You WILL NOT EVER get better customer service than what you will get from Ray and his team.
