“This is a top notch pet boutique.. the kind you would find in a larger city but we are lucky to have it very near to our home. We have been here a few times and the thing that is most resonant is the knowledge of the owner and today, the owner was not there but the woman who was, was equally as knowledgeable!!! Most of the times we have visited have been we were looking for something in particular.. last night we had some big storms /high winds and one of our dogs kept us up all night. We wanted to purchase something to have in the house for the next time something like this happens. She actually recommended something that was out of stock. She explained why she preferred that product and then showed us another one which we purchased. It would be very easy to spend a lot of money in this little store! There have all the best toys, accessories, food and treats.. you name it for dogs (cats too) and they have it. Think quality products and it's here.. well behaved dogs welcome!”

“Great grooming appointment for our very large Bernese Mountain dog with Hope. He's a big boy and can be very stubborn. He lost about 10 lbs with all the de-shedding - LOL. He looks beautiful and smells so much better. Will definitely get him groomed at Bailey's again and this time I won't wait 6 months in between baths!”

They have really nice, high quality items for a decent price. There are some items that are more pricey (good, harness, carriers) etc. but you can find some good priced stuff here!
I really like their dog collar lights, food bowls, and toys!
Their selection is not huge but also not very small so if you want a ton of variety maybe not the place but if you want options def come here.
The employees are so nice also, great customer service, patient, ask what you need (not in a pushy way) and really help you out.

“By far the best pet store in Whatcom county, there is a large diversity of fish and the fish are always well taken care of. I have ordered fish through them a few times and I am always informed promptly when the fish arrive and when i can retrieve them. “We ordered 2 JUMBO beds for our large dogs (both are over 80 pounds), one a puppy and one a senior with hip and leg issues that makes it hard for him to be comfortable. The beds are huge and so comfy! Normally they don't share, but they both LOVE to sleep on one together, with plenty of room. So now we have a bed for the living room and one for the home office. Great quality, quick shipping.”
“I have been shopping at this store since they opened and have always had excellent service. They carry my dog's brand of food, we have bought several pieces of yard equipment, hardware, etc. The prices are very fair, inventory is always stocked and the Customer Service I have received is always top notch. I just with they had a Dog Washing Service and it would be the perfect store for me.”
“The location is convenient, great customer service and they have a good variety of merchandise; it's not perfect: the layout for cat food is in a few different locations and they don't carry a good selection of Raw cat food, but if they don't have it they'll tell you where you can find it - think MudBay but go to Petco first!”

“It's a very informative center. An those who work there are very informative on the birds they have. Though they have a group of bald eagles in a enclosure who are very talkative in bald eagle talk.”
