“Most Pharmacies aren’t usually the friendliest, but on Labor Day at Haggen (1pm), a pharmacist (pretty sure his name was Eric?) helped me with discounts and gave great advice, probably the nicest pharmacist I’ve met. Came back today, Liz the other pharmacist was super friendly & helpful friendly. All the other staff were very helpful as well so I’m Not sure how others had bad experiences here on some of these reviews, but mine’s been wonderful, way better than Walgreens. Great job guys, keep it up!”

“This RiteAid in Ferndale is an excellent store, with all staff helpful and personable, especially all pharmacy staff. They're caring and glad to answer questions. However, the regional support for the pharmacy (this means Steve, who was there on 9/27/23) needs improvement. The refrigerator nearly overflows with meds; the telephones (crucial to their services) are old and need to be upgraded; and phone rests, again which are crucial for comfort, are not provided! Ridiculous! The staff deserve much better support.”

“Been a loyal Walgreens customer for a long time. They make things very convenient and generally take a lot of hassle out of the back and forth with doctors. Love the prescription refill reminders, and they just started delivering same day so if you feel terrible you can stay home and the medicine comes to you.”

“Love Walgreens... My favorite convenience store by far. They stay open later than any other store and they restock their shelves daily. Their prices are fair, and they have great sales/deals going on all the time. Plus their rewards program allows u to earn Walgreens cash that u can use for ur purchases.”
