Just make sure your store has working equipment. Twice, recently, the copier was broken, or something was malfunctioning. Overall a good personal gift option.”

“This RiteAid in Ferndale is an excellent store, with all staff helpful and personable, especially all pharmacy staff. They're caring and glad to answer questions. However, the regional support for the pharmacy (this means Steve, who was there on 9/27/23) needs improvement. The refrigerator nearly overflows with meds; the telephones (crucial to their services) are old and need to be upgraded; and phone rests, again which are crucial for comfort, are not provided! Ridiculous! The staff deserve much better support.”
