“Most Pharmacies aren’t usually the friendliest, but on Labor Day at Haggen (1pm), a pharmacist (pretty sure his name was Eric?) helped me with discounts and gave great advice, probably the nicest pharmacist I’ve met. Came back today, Liz the other pharmacist was super friendly & helpful friendly. All the other staff were very helpful as well so I’m Not sure how others had bad experiences here on some of these reviews, but mine’s been wonderful, way better than Walgreens. Great job guys, keep it up!”

“Have had great service regularly with both the store and pharmacy personnel at the CVS Ferndale location. I hated going to Walgreens down the street (the store specifically), it is shocking how grouchy and unprofessional the staff is there, I have seen them yelling at customers and storming off on multiple occasions, which one time alone would have been shocking enough (seriously yikes). I'm so glad this nearby CVS opened up, the service and vibe is night and day! Plus it's cleaner and better stocked. I'm def a happy customer here.”

“As a former pharmacy technician, I know my standards are high, but this pharmacy has exceeded all my expectations. I've tried several pharmacies around town and have had not had another pharmacy come even close. From the text notifications when prescriptions are ready, to automatic refills, and pharmacists and technicians who are friendly and don't act annoyed when you ask questions. I really can't say enough good things about this local gem. They truly seem to enjoy their work and going above and beyond in their service. This is how a pharmacy should be run.”
