Cool stuff, showers at overpriced and under cleaned 18/ shower, staff one got an attitude with me (we are both redheads to be fair) complained he wasn’t getting off on time and that he was mad about cleaning showers so it could have been situational. However did pop off at me after I did a review so here we are be provided one washcloth and one towel, AMBEST in Lynden provided two towels and is newer and cleaner and much more pleasant staff it’s an extra 20 mins from Ferndale but parking is free and showers are cheaper than Barrett pilot station.

Dear Pilot customer service,
I wanted to report a disappointing experience I had with one of your employees. When I approached them for assistance, they told me, “Ask someone else, I’m doing something,” in a dismissive tone. I understand people can be busy, but this response felt rude and unhelpful.
I hope this can be addressed so future interactions are more respectful and customer-focused.

Diesel prices are outrageous at this station!! $1 pretty gallon higher than nearby stations. Lanes are dirty with trash cans overflowing.

They got more stuff than a supermarket, their cigarette and alcohol prices are lower than most other gas stations, clean and cool staff..

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years, been in and out of this pilot several times and customer service has always been great.

I have never posted anything against a place but this needs to be addressed I'm a veteran been doing business with flying jand pilot for 40 plus years I come on some hard times due to medical reasons. Become homeless can't work do my best to survive. Because of my medical reasons I need to shower everyday. I spend almost $250 a week for showers but gas there ect.Got kicked off the property and can't take a shower now because I was out front of their place at pilot in Ferndale WA with a sign panhandling from the public side walk trying to make some money so I can shower. The management has something against homeless people.i did nothing wrong to get kicked off the property. Myself and other homeless get treated like we don't matter .we get bullied at the pilot in Ferndale

This truck stop is very small one not having too many truck parking. And the one they have are paid parking .

It was a such a horrible and poor experience of customer service by the attendants of this place . The girl working over here was mistreating us and speaking in a arrogant rude way, and when i was asking her for my receipt of the weight scale a tall guy his name is ( T. DUB ) just jumped in the conversation from nowhere and was trying to be tough and abusing us , saying what we should do while weighing our truck as we are fools!!! I said we are doing this from years man we are in trucking from years so don’t treat us like kids or noob . Then he then he suddenly pretended like he wanna fight with us and started using abusive language. He knows zero of the Customer service. Donkey is more sensible than him.

Manager Candace was really rude to me when I asked for a receipt getting gas horrible horrible attitude. Why would you have her working there with such a narcissist attitude.
