We have shopped at Samuels for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Today I bought a recliner and Michele Evans was so helpful, yet they are all that way from the Store to the warehouse all very friendly and helpful

We have looked at almost every furniture store in the county. Michele at Samuel’s is by far the best employee/salesperson we have experienced. She is kind, knowledgeable, takes initiative and isn’t pushy. She seems to truly care about providing an exceptional customer experience & her efforts are very appreciated!
