We had a clogged drain that I tried to clear myself. Unfortunately, after fiver hours of tinkering around and two trips to the hardware store, I threw in the towel and called Sullivan Plumbing. This was on Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend. The call center took down the information and Nick called me within a few minutes. He was on his way to another job but gave me a good time estimate and called me when he was done with the job to make sure that it was still a good time to come over. Upon arrival he donned shoe covers, inspected the area, formulated an appropriate plan, and gave me an estimate for the job. He cleared the clogged drain after running the drain auger all 75 feet the first time, but ran the drain auger twice to make sure the drain was completely cleared. Nick didn't mind me watching over his shoulder and taught me a few tricks of the trade to prevent future clogs. Nick cleaned up after himself and made sure the area was disinfected. The bill was $637 before tax. As a small business owner myself, I understand the many hidden costs of running a business. You get what you pay for and I thought this was fair price for high quality work. Plus, Nick came while on call on a holiday weekend. I would not hesitate to call Sullivan Plumbing in the future.

I was extremely impressed with the work Sullivan Plumbing recently completed. An estimate was provided, but once work started, additional issues arose which called for an alternative Plan. No one lost their cool, they continued working in a professional and competent manner and though the alternative required an unplanned visit, they held to their original estimate. I was especially impressed with their lead, Scott Macdonald. He was a pleasure to work with while Sullivan Plumbing was on-site. I would recommend Sullivan Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Sam and Dylan came out today to help me with a clogged toilet that I was unable to correct myself despite many attempts. They also corrected my very slow-running bathroom sink. Great service and I’m pleased with their work! Thank you!

We had a water pipe break at our Birch Bay property. On the way up to meet the plumber they called to say that the plumber that was scheduled was tied up on another call. They said they knew we were driving up from pierce county to meet the plumber and they were in the process of trying to get someone else out. We received a call about 20 minutes later that they found someone to come to our house. The plumbers arrived a few minutes before us and fixed our leak, tested it and we're wrapped up in about an hour.

I have used Sullivan Plumbing a few times now. I love the fact that a real person answers the phone when you call Sullivan and it's usually Amy. She is cheerfully and eager to help you with your needs!! She's great! Sam and Dawson came out and were respectfully and very kind. A huge thank you to Sullivan Plumbing and in particular Doug & Tracy Dawson and their most capable and knowledgeable employee Nick. During our recent freeze our pipes burst and Sullivan came through to help us during a most difficult and stressful time. As many people in our area had major plumbing issues due to the freeze Sullivan was jammed with calls. Nick was able to come assist us very quickly and for that we are beyond thankful. Sullivan is truly the ONLY plumbing company you should hire and huge thanks to the team at Sullivan Plumbing. We are beyond grateful.

I had a water pipe burst under my house and called to get a service, they put me on an urgent waitlist and called me just a few hours later! Very nice on the phone and got Nick out to our house in under an hour. He did an awesome job and communicated really well! Highly recommend this company.

I actually don't know this company. I posted a bad review years ago because I mixed up this company with a local plumber. I feel so bad that I didn't even check if it was the right business that I decided to give 5 stars. My deepest apologies to Sullivan Plumbing.

When no other after-hours plumbers answered my calls, Sullivan did! Nick, specifically, was at our apartment within an hour of calling about a backed up kitchen sink that began overflowing on a Sunday evening. It wasn't a simple clog and he diagnosed it and politely informed our neighbors of the issue. He didn't give up until the issue was resolved, and took care to write a detailed description so my complex could properly reimburse us. He went out of his way to talk with the apartment managers the next day & outline preventative measures. 10/10 recommend Sullivan when you're SOL!

Don't do business with these guys they did a really crappy job of diagnosing the fact that a well pump was wearing out the bearings or check valve were slowly wearing out they told our neighbor with whom we have a shared well but the problem with the calibration issue they installed a new pressure tank for our neighbors with no drain valve and no gauges then proceeded to tell them it would cost $500 to calibrate the system even though after speaking with my husband that they admitted that the problem was most likely the pump wearing out after 25 years of use we had the pump replaced by another company and no longer have any problems they charged our neighbor over $3,000 to install an air pressure tank that at maximum cost $1,177 they were not out to help us solve a problem or even to diagnose the problem correctly only to get as much money as they could don't do business with these guys they're out to rip you off

Plumbing issues are NEVER fun, but we feel very fortunate to have met Don Dawson in the midst of a doozy. He is a good and decent human and that goes a LONG ways in our book. And he has assembled a great team as well.We had a complex plumbing problem arise in a home that houses a young family with 3 kids under the age of 10 - and only one bathroom. Don took us under his wing and saw us through every aspect, coming up with solutions that were rock solid (and creative!) that we feel very confident in.He was very easy to communicate with, calm, knowledgable, and presented us with options all along the way that took many factors into consideration. He and his team were there when they said they'd be there and worked efficiently. They were mindful of noise, disruption to daily lives and schedules, cost, and came up with designs that were both cost effective and result in easier and more effective maintenance moving forward.He made sure every step of the way that we were given opportunity to ask questions and be part of the decision making process. He also was welcoming of our desire to inspect the work in progress and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect. Who does that anymore?? It kind of blew us away. If we had questions, he took time to explain.We had a lot of opportunity to interact with the office staff - and they were fantastic as well! We found each person to be friendly; their communication and responsiveness were first rate.I cannot say that we look forward to any more plumbing problems, but I can say with all honesty, that we feel very confident in knowing who to call when the next time comes.
