An average of 5 stars and zero stars based only on answering the phone quickly the first time I called them June 12, 2025 and giving me friendly and accurate information that was unfortunately not clearly provided on the USPS rates website, then about ten minutes later not answering a second call within about 90 seconds of phone ringing.

Always helpful. I use USPS online for all my shipping. The counter for International, (Print my own Customs labels) Never a problem.

They are holding my package because they delivered on a SAT to a business then again on a SUNDAY! My supplier does not work on the weekends.

Came in 1/6/25 around 4:00pm. There was an older man working there and has a bad temper. He was not helpful at all when it came to making a label and talked down to ppl. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

Now I understand the bad ratings. I’ve sent 3 priority packages and they’ve all been opened and stolen. My nieces and nephews didn’t get anything from their Auntie this Christmas who had to scrimp and save for them. Can’t you see from all these reviews that something is wrong from within? Please address this.

The folks here behind their counter do their best and overall have had pretty good service the few times I’ve visited. Didn’t catch his name but there is an older gentleman there that’s always chipper as heck and has been very helpful when asking questions about international shipping or when he’s at the package window and I’ve had to pick up multiple boxes.
Even when it’s been close to 5pm (their closing time), I’ve gotten smiles from most and a happiness to help and serve their customers.
Overall, I’ve been pretty pleased with the service here the vast majority of the time and would recommend it to others needing postal services. Wait times are short when standing in line too!
Recently someone vandalized the post office and broke a few windows 😔 It’s been under repairs recently but overall is a pretty decently kept office (outside of the recent vandalism).
Keep up the good work to the folks here that like what they do and deliver good service to those that appreciate your hard work. ☺️👍

Mail carrier constantly lies about not being able to deliver our packages. We have cameras and can see when they show up, so we know they are lying. 0/10

Will not update package tracking, will not answer phone calls, employees are constantly upset and take it out on customers. Overall very unprofessional, I highly recommend any other mailing services or drive whatever your mailing yourself, it'll be much faster than using these guys. Ferndale branch step up your game.

ALWAYS deliver to the wrong address, I don't understand how so many incompetent people get hired here. I have never had issues with the postal services anywhere else, ferndales is TERRIBLE

I can’t even begin to detail my annoyance with this post office. Over half my packages get delivered to the wrong address and I am ALWAYS having to reorder items because these postal workers never deliver my packages properly.

I’ve been living in ferndale for about 4 years now and this has hands down been the worst postal service I have ever encountered. I’ve had packages literally chucked from the truck into my yard in the middle of winter, packages left in the rain right next to the empty parcel box on my porch, packages delivered to an address across town (luckily the home owner drove to my house to deliver it), I’ve had mail lost (including important medications), ended up with the wrong mail more times than I can even count and most recently a package not delivered because the “mailbox was full” despite it being a package that wouldn’t fit in a mailbox and I was out front working in the garden when the driver just stuck the orange slip in the mailbox and drove away. Incredibly lazy, unprofessional drivers. Not like another 1 star review will make any difference as management clearly doesn’t care.

I haven't got mail this slow since back in the 1970's but as I reach 80 years old I'm hoping and praying they get things back in order. I used to go into the post office and they smiled, now it looks like a morge. Praying for all!
