Friendly enough and was able to make an appointment quickly. Didn't realize it would be $200+ to hook it up to the machine for an estimate. When I paid to pick up the vehicle no diagnostic repair or estimate was given for the cost of the repairs or breakdown, only a receipt for my payment.
