“Went recently during a bad rain/snow storm. They had hardly any staff who could make it in, and had to close the store early in order for folks to get home safetly. I arrived at 4:09, after they closed, but an employee saw me standing at the door. She (Lynn is her name), came over and opened the door. It had been an hour drive to get there, and she let me in to pickup and online order, so that I did not have to come back another day. VERY good customer service!”

Just look at her, and it'll make you want to shop there - she has great style and is an inspiration to me! Not only is her store great, but she has the biggest heart, which should make everyone want to support her business.”

“I love Betty be good. They are my go to place. Adorable clothes, fair prices and the absolute best service. The owner is incredible and if you get to shop when she is there, it is an even more special experience. I appreciate the honest feed back she gives and her eye for finding things that look good on you.I saw a negative review about the owner, and am shocked. I have also worked with The owner on multiple branding shoots and have had nothing but amazing experiences. A business should be allowed to have one day off. How ridiculous.”

“A huge shout out for such great service by Thomas at the Bellis Fair Mall Store in Bellingham, WA on December 5, 2023. I had a very frustrating experience trying to order my grandsons clothes online on December 3, 2023 and after over two hours and three failed attempts of not getting my order completed because it wouldn't process my Promo Rewards, I got no where and decided to go to the store and just pick up the clothes if they had them and mail them to Missouri costing me more money and my time to know have to just drive to the store back and forth, gas money, and then package and mail them. So this is what I did. If it wasn't for Thomas to know exactly where in the store the items were from my pictures it would have taken me a lot of time. Thankfully, Thomas listened to my frustration from the two days prior and he was going to make up for the lack of customer service and my online order; and he did this full circle. He is a true retail professional and I thanked him repeatedly. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes and left a happy customer. I will now instead just go to the store and get what I need. Thanks so much to whoever trained Thomas to be such a great manager of knowing the customer matters. Hope to see him again. I thanked him several times and got his name as I told him too I was going to write a review. Merry Christmas to Thomas and I know the many customers he will serve will get the same patience, service, and sincerity of caring too.”

“Overall, I really love this place.They have cute clothes crop tops mostly , but they also have some cool, rock band sweatshirts and shirts, I bought a really cool one that says sleep now on it.I just wish it had a hood. Overall, it's a super good store. Love that they just let you shop instead of being all up in your grill, the employees that is. Really wish they would stay open later, but most people aren't night owls like me so I'm probably the only one bothered by that.”
