Sales associate Tina is awful and is going to chase customers away. Long long time customer here and if she's working I won't go back. She threw my change at my because she was mad I had a second transaction. She told me I had to do it all in one. When I've never done it before she was telling customers to go get this to riing up ect. Shes bad for business I'm telling you. She can't stand properly and never should she throw things at customers. She doesn't need a csr job.

I saw the attached sign and figured I'd stop in and take advantage of the deal. Once I finished filling up my drink and making my hot dog I got to the checkout and the total came up to $3.50! When I asked the cashier she told me there was $1.50 in tax that was bringing it from $2 to $3.50. What?! I tried to press her on it, but was told to pound sand. I ended up leaving without a hot dog or a drink.0/10 Not Recommended

The manager made a mistake loading my money onto my card then made me open my bank account and show it to her. Unacceptable will not be back.

Went in. Ask to use the bathroom. 1 employee was gonna give me the key. An employee from another store was there and started being rude about it and then they refuse to give the key. Idk why everyone refuses to allow customers to use the bathroom now but it's ridiculous. I didn't purchase anything and went elsewhere.

Not only did I have customer service issues just a few days ago, now I find out from my financial institution that the corporation requested that my funds be held until 8 days after a transaction that 711 is responsible for. I am not going to be able to work all weekend because they are holding my funds all the way through the weekend collecting interest on my hard earned wages! I'm beyond furious, and helpless. Gas money that would have got me to work this weekend. NEVER AGAIN GET GAS AT 711. BOYCOTT

The store is supposedly supposed to be 24hrs. There's an employee inside. He hears me knock and goes to the back. When I approach the door he goes to the back. Then he finally sees and hears me keeps saying he's closed. I asked what time you open he said 7am. It's 6:20am. Wow

Like others have explained, this store is not open 24 hours. It's usually closed when I visit in the evening. I decided to look at the busy hours for this store, and Google maps shows that the store has no traffic between 12am and 5am every day. In the description it also states that 711s may be closed between those hours in order to sanitize, which I believe is a newer thing they implemented because of COVID-19. Not all 711 stores close between 12am-5am anymore, most are open 24 hours again, but this one STILL closes for the entire 5 hours Mon-Fri. Sat. and Sun. appear to close earlier, around 7pm. Hope this helps!

10pm on a Friday night, 2 employees, no sign, no reason, only attitude from the lady through the window when I call to find out why their doors are locked. No answer.
