Service and support that is second-to-none. I had some work done two years ago at Caliber in Dallas, TX, and one of the panels started peeling this year. I now live in the PNW and of course could not drive all the way back to Texas for warranty. Management went way above and beyond when they understood I lived 200 mi away from the nearest location in WA. They approved my warranty and pre-ordered parts remotely so I would not have to make multiple trips. Then they arranged for a convenient weekend drop off and even drove me to the airport for my business trip! When i returned at the end of the week, my repairs were completed early and they picked me up from my hotel and brought me to the shop. The work was done perfectly and I did not have to spend a penny out of pocket. They even gave my vehicle a wash. My initial experience two-years ago was already 5-star, but the commitment to my satisfaction, years later, is simply outstanding. Do not take your vehicle anywhere else!

All employees were friendly and polite. Everything being done to my car was fully explained. Plenty of communication during the process. Very up front about problems and solutions. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up.

I was shown kindness and integrity, they also made sure that I know that I was understood and not judged. I was stayed informed of the progress throughout the car assembly process. They listened to my concerns and responded effectively. They kept the promise and beyond and also delivered my car as scheduled. They made sure that my needs were met. They actively provided a follow up, because customer satisfaction is they main goal. They prioritized customer's case and communicated effectively, ensuring that customer's expectations are achieved. Even when they had a hiccup with outsourcing party, Caliber collision made sure that I get back my car on time. That was above and beyond business, it was respect, humanity, and professionalism. The staffs are very kind and professional.
