Boot Barn is a nice and big store with a huge selection of boots, hats, and western apparel from cowboy to work wear. The smell of leather hits you as soon as you walk in. Associates are great, super nice, very informative, and professional. They are happy to assist, taking time to help find items that fit perfectly, without trying to upsell. Their patience seems to know no bounds, helping with fittings and shaping items like hats. The store also offers a good return policy. Customers highly recommend Boot Barn, stating there is no other shop that can beat it for beautiful western wear, and they definitely plan on coming back.

    There's a guy in here. His name is Chris. And I can't tell if his thick western accent is fake or not: maybe he put it on for the interview and is now sticking to it. Maybe not. I asked him about it. Anyways, the staff here are wonderful: friendly and helpful. Good store.
