Thank you very much Cleanstart! These guys were fantastic from the first call. My job consisted of a 5000 sqft sales floor with a 20 ft ceiling. I have a large amount of pipes, conduit, hvac, and light fixtures. The whole job was done quickly, professionally and to a very high standard. No mess was left when they were done. The only way I knew they had been there was that all the high areas of our shop were bright and very clean! Thank you to the cleaning crew! My estimator / sales rep even answered calls on his day off! Thank you August!

My brother and I were tasked to clean out our father's house upon moving to an assisted living facility. To be honest, it was so filthy that we needed some professional help. We called Cleanstart and they had three guys out within a couple days. They were great! Can't believe how well the bathroom and kitchen turned out as well as all the exterior and interior windows they cleaned. All in all, they spent half a day there working their butts off. To top it all off, we received no invoice from Cleanstart and when I inquired they said "no charge". We didn't really have a lot of money...I must have mentioned that...so they did it pro bono. First rate service and wonderful staff really took a lot of weight off of our shoulders and we are so grateful! Thanks again to Cleanstart for the pleasant experience... you guys are great!

Our small organization has been renting space in a larger office building for the past 9 years, and in all that time we have not had the opportunity to have our carpets cleaned professionally. I worked with Mike for a few weeks to see if we would be able to have them provide custodial services within our small non-profit budget and was very pleased that they were able to work with us to not only provide carpet cleaning, but also weekly and monthly services. He sent a detailed contract that listed all services provided for reference.
Last Friday, Kevin met me at the office to take a walk-through of our space in preparation for our new custodians who were coming to start services later in the day. He then proceeded to clean the carpets in our 5 small offices, our conference room, hallways and kitchen. (Yes, carpet in the kitchen. You can imagine…) He worked around furniture, and even moved lighter items to clean underneath them, including all our conference room tables and chairs. The result was fantastic!
Walking in the office on Monday, I immediately noticed the stains we had lived with all this time were almost entirely gone. There was no heavy, residual scent of perfumed cleaning products, just fresh, clean air. As far as the general custodial services, everything was spotless. They even cleaned our doors! All my co-workers agree that we have never experienced this level of cleanliness in this space, and several of us almost immediately noticed that the sinus issues that we have been struggling with in the past have greatly diminished this week while in the office.
Based on the service and professionalism we have experienced so far I would not hesitate to recommend Cleanstart to anyone looking for specialty or general janitorial services. Thank you to Mike, Kevin, and the rest of the team for providing such a positive experience for our company!

I have used this company for a couple years now for multiple locations. I have not only grown fond of the owner but also the other support staff. Our current crew in Fife is fantastic and truly, take pride in their work. You can really tell when they do the job - I appreciate what they do and know that the office will look great for the team the next day.

With over 450 mainstage actors and 600+ summer campers, all kids between the ages 5 to 18, in our space over the past year, the floors at Broadway Bound Children's Theatre took quite a beating and were extremely dirty. We contacted several commercial cleaning companies and Cleanstart's responsiveness set them apart right away. They asked the right questions and showed up promptly to bid the job. Upon learning that Broadway Bound is a non-profit organization, they even proactively offered us a special deal! They scheduled their services around our programming needs and arrived yesterday on time, ready to go - then proceeded to do an outstanding job on our three rehearsal rooms with wooden floors and our carpeted office. We are located in a building that was built in 1908 - one of those buildings that often feels impossible to get totally clean. Let's just say Cleanstart achieved the impossible! The floors look amazing! And everything smells super fresh and clean. On a scale of 1 to 10, Cleanstart deserves a 20. We couldn't be happier with the literal "clean start" for our new season their services provided.

Cleanstart is the best commercial cleaning service I have ever used. The rehearsal studio floors at Broadway Bound Children's Theatre take A LOT of abuse with 450 kids preparing for mainstage shows and over 600 summer campers each year. This year we called around because we knew we needed some serious help getting the floors cleaned. Cleanstart was professional and responsive and wow! what an amazing job. All three of our rehearsal rooms with wood floors and our carpeted office are as clean as I've ever seen them. And everything smells so clean and fresh. And bonus feature - upon learning that Broadway Bound is a non-profit, they offered us a special deal without even being asked. They provided us with incredible value and having the place so spic and span for our new season is amazing!

As the building operations coordinator at Life Center and working close with Cleanstart, I can say they do a wonderful job cleaning our church and school. We have been their customers for a hand full of years now and they have always went above and beyond to do good work. There have been a handful of times where we needed last minute deep cleaning or carpets done around campus and they always come through to make it happen. Caleb and Tracy are always on top of anything that may need to be adjusted and the crew that takes care of our campus are professional and keep all areas looking great!! We couldn’t be happier!

Paid $547 to clean an apartment. Horrible job. Dirt on floor, blinds not cleaned properly, heater vents dusty, food splatter above stove left, even kitchen sink was left filthy! Just got a bill from the apartment management company for ANOTHER $300 to clean the apartment I supposedly had PROFESSIONALLY cleaned. So angry.
