This place is great as far as the availability of parts they have that n stock or how fast they can get them. My issue has been the numerous amount of times I've had unpleasant experiences with one of the employees there. I don't know if I should mention who, but they aren't helpful in any customer service aspect. If the owner is reading this and would like for my reasoning for why I say this please feel free to contact me.

What an excellent business. We needed some work done on drums and shoes re-lined. Steve and Don were very helpful. We gone in and out in about two hours. The price was excellent too. It made my whole day to work with these fine people.

These guys are awesome! Steve in particular, He always trys his best to get me anything I need, they have a large selection of trailer, brake and clutch parts for commercial applications and alot of same parts for smaller trailers used by the general public. I hold a commercial account with these folks and they will deliver my parts and or pick them up from my other shop in lacey, WA.... that's awesome service! ?
