Yesterday, I stopped by Crescent Lighting and picked up my new laundry room light fixtures equipped with led bulbs. They are replacement fixtures for my old florescent lights which my electrician, Jeff Hymer, of Hymer Electric suggested we remove. Staff member, Larri-Anna Voigt, was very helpful in selecting the new lights. She took the time to look at my photos of the old light fixtures to make sure that her suggestions would easily work with our ceiling mounting situation and that we chose the right bulb color and strength for our laundry room. Also, when we didn't care for her first suggestions, she had no trouble quickly and cheerfully continuing her search for addition possibilities. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We selected and ordered the lights which arrived in a timely manner. When I picked up the lights, another clerk easily found our order and quickly retrieved the lights and sent me on my way. I have used Crescent Lighting to supply all of my personal lighting fixtures and replacement bulbs for over fifteen years. Most notable, we used them when we remodeled our home fifteen years ago, when we remodeled our kitchen five years ago and now upgrading our laundry room lighting. We have had good experiences working with this firm.

After reading the reviews. We went to their Olympia store on Martin.Ross Goodman was very helpful. There was one older female employee, telling us that they could not help us. She was very rude and nasty.Had we had known she had such an attitude (perhaps she does not like minorities). we would never have done business with them.We will never go there again.We have shared this experience with all our neighbors, family members, and friends.Thank you for listening.Richard

This is a 5-star lighting place. I have bought many a light fixture here and the staff is extremely helpful in finding you what you are looking for when it’s not in store also.

The sales person answers the phone , they're not always in meetings, they call you back the same day with pricing and availability . It is so refreshing after working with a lighting and décor store in South Seattle.

Great customer service. J. J helped me find a replacement glass shade for a lamp fixture that was purchased 4 years ago. Absolutely great customer service. This is way doing business with a local store beats working with the large brands.

Poor service. I'm a past customer. Only one customer and 3 sales people and no one offered to serve. I waited at the desk and just left. Showroom products look outdated and most of the light bulbs were blown. Will not be going back.

If I could give it a zero just would. Spent 15 wasted minutes wandering the store, finally asked a question and was told to wait a moment. Few moments later female employee walked up to the man standing next to me and asked if he needed help! Inventory is outdated and minimal at best. Not worth the driver or experience.
