Had a mostly pleasant experience but after spending thousands of dollars with them on my commercial kitchen buildout they refused to swap a 12” faucet for an 8” or even to just offer me the new one at cost when they are the ones who mismatched the faucet to the three-part sink they sold me (same transaction). If you do business with them double check these details.

This is one of the biggest scams and most unprofessional companies I’ve ever worked with. We purchased several pieces of large kitchen equipment from them. Most needed work or completely broke down within the first year of owning them. The owner said that he had people to come and fix them, but he didn’t answer phone calls or text with any kind of timely manner and I had to hire outside people to come and fix things. He also took an extra hood vent under consignment and took him over a year to sell it. He said he sold a couple a weeks ago and if I hadn’t hounded him we wouldn’t have even gotten our $250. I had to threaten to report him to the better business bureau to get any kind of responses, and still considering it! DO NOT GIVE THIS SCUMBAG YOUR BUSINESS!

Seeing some of these bad reviews, I had to comment. I've bought from epic foodwares for several years. I've never had 1 single problem in my 10 plus transactions. Thousands of dollars of Metra shelving I've bought. Anything missing? Immediately handled. I'd recommend them as anyone. Those comments about this business being a scam are ridiculous. Go there and see the physical business. It's legit.Keith

This business is a complete scam. We purchased a fridge that turned to be broken. The owner, Greg, strung us along for two weeks with promises of a technician coming out to repair the thermometer. That never happened. He has now refused to return my calls or provide a refund. Don’t do business with this company. I’m out $600. what terrible experience.

Greg is an awesome dude, bought an induction cook top from him. Best purchase of the year so far. Everyone there was very friendly. Highly recommend. They just moved to a new location so once they are all set up i will definitely be checking them out again.

I called them today, because they were my local distributor. I asked for a bottom $, on one of the products they are a distributor for in the local area. They gave me the internet price! Doesn't look like they want to support local business! Guess i will have to do business with their competitor.

We spent a few hundred dollars on shelving and when we got home and set it up, one of the four casters was mismatched and did not have bearings to swivel as the other three did. We called and explained the situation and they didn't believe us. We were told to call back another day when the warehouse guy was in. We tried multiple times on multiple days and no one answered or called us back.

We were looking for used and ended up buying a 'spankin' brand new Commercial Stainless Steel sink with a rinse rack. We did not want the plastic "big box" garage sink as it has no rinse rack? Greg not only got me into new vs used, he was happy to set me up with a new commercial grade faucet at a reasonable price. Everything fit during assembly and faucet looks and performs GREAT! I recommend you CALL before you go on a Saturday's. Greg and Co. are a small team and do step out for deliveries/ pickups. 5 Stars!
