Wouldn't work with you just wanted to make the bill higher an rushed us to do things an make decisions, an I feel there not there to help people , just out for as much money as they can get did not care about older an disabled people...very disgusted with them. My disabled son ran out of gas on off ramp of freeway an left a sign saying going for a gas can an gas , an because he was disabled an walked with a walker no one would help him or use a phone..the stores around fife towing..they thought he was a homeless person I guess. My car recently broke down and I was stranded on the side of 509 in rush hour traffic. Fife Recovery Service was there within 15-20 minutes and towed my vehicle to my home in Tacoma. The fee was reasonable and the fellow on duty was polite and helpful. I was extremely relieved to get help so quickly as it was not a safe spot to be stranded. Thank you for your professionalism and help!

Person answering the phone did not know what they were talking about. They said my vehicle was not there, then it was there. next person named George was extremely rude and did not know Wa. state vehicle ownership documentation. Stay away from this company!Service: Car towing

Never had an experience as bad as this, the employees are rude and uneducated, no communication skills, instead of trying to help and come to a resolution the window was closed on us, how this company is still afloat is beyond me.

Great service once they got to me but I was waiting outside in the cold for over an hour until they got to me. I don't remember the name but the guy that came was super nice and went out of his way to make sure my car made it home in one piece.

They were very nice and it sucked cause didn't have an id and I can't get mad at them cause they were doing there job. But little did we know that a police officer could come and tell them our identity and we could get into the car. Thank you thank you.

Do yourself a favor and call anyone but this business......very rude and crude neanderthal that answered the phone had no clue where the Costco, Home Depot is in Federal way just north of Milton. I am not from the area where I broke down and needed to be towed. I guess their mantra is lousy rude customer service!!

A huge thank you to Fife Towing! Lisa took our call and I immediately knew we'd be ok. Tow truck arrived earlier than estimated and Matt was an expert at towing our BMW! Really relieved and now getting our flat fixed!
