having to use a tow company is usually an inherently unpleasant experience. apart from one person who gave me incorrect info, they were reasonably cordial to work with.

Brian the driver for Fife service and towing went above and beyond his duties. It was very cold and he had me sit in his warm cab while I waited for my ride. Jessica in the office was very kind and accommodating. Great place!

Car needed a tow on a busy road, got there in the estimated time and got my car home safe. Dom was professional and even took time to make sure the car didn't get damaged when hooking up and dropping off.

Tis the muddy season here in the PNW.
After days of rain and picking up our 41' 5th wheel from the shop, I swung a tad bit too wide onto the farm access road and ended up stuck in our field, a mere 150' from its parking spot.
So close but so far away.
After calling Fife towing, and a round of pictures sent in, the driver showed up faster than I expected with a rig appropriate for the job. He was able to tow me and my 22,000lbs combined weight out of the mud like it was nothing. Needless to say the hiccup only set us back a couple hours. Without the speedy response from Fife towing, and it would have taken longer to get a response from AAA or Good Sam, we would have had a long night ahead of us. Thank you Fife towing for your exceptional response and your love for helping. You truly are local heros.

Fife Towing was able to quickly dispatch someone out for roadside assistance within 20 minutes and the dispatcher was extremely courteous and got straight to business when fixing my tire. I would recommend their company for anyone in the Tacoma area!

Horrible customer service. The guy at the front name Albert was no help. I ask to talk to the manager and he said manager was not there and didn’t know when it’ll be there, he also refuse to give me the last name of the manager and how to contact him. We were in there because my dad’s car was pounded we didn’t get the letter the next day but 5 days after so we had to pay a thousand dollars for not picking up the vehicle the next day. I explain that we didn’t get the letter and they didn’t care and told us that if we wanted the vehicle we had to pay full price. The guy was no help and the lady at the office was only being nosy and listening to our conversation. I call the number at the door to see if I can talk to anyone besides Albert and the lady in the office answer my call and was so rude again didn’t wanted to give me information on the manager or how to contact him. Horrible people, horrible help, horrible company.

The first two I got charged for 1 -1/2 hours of a tow when Fife Honda is 15 minutes away from my home. Second tow I was charged for 1 hour because I followed the driver all the way there in another vehicle. They charge by the hour. First charge was around $300.00 . Second charge was $170.00. What's up with that when my home is 15 minutes from Honda of Fife??

They held my car for nine days without contacting me after my car was stolen. They charged me over $1200 dollars for the nine days and they DID NOT NOTIFY. I'd had a police report out and everything. I asked them how this was possible and she said the tow was $300 and it was $98 per day. I explained my situation and she responded by saying I'd have to pay the money no matter what. Apparently even if I couldn't afford to get my car out, the holding fees would accumulate until the car went to auction. Then I would still likely be left with a debt from their overpriced holding fees. Wouldn't be such a big deal about the daily rate if they made any effort to contact owners after finding a stolen vehicle. But no, they just take as long as possible. She said she must have mailed the notice. I have not gotten any notice in the mail still, they notified police after nine days of having my car and police then told me. Hope and pray your stolen car never ends up in fife because this place really is terrible to me it feels like they are trying to scam!

They towed a vehicle we sold 2 years ago saying my report of sale was incomplete (though the DOL gave me confirmation it went through) and I had no way of knowing we could still be liable. Owner of Fife Towing wouldnt hear us out or talk to us even though I was willing to negotiate and still pay something. Other tow companies let you pay impound fee and then sign it over to them and you dont have to pay storage. These guys told us we could do that, said to cancel our sale and then when I brought paperwork they went back on it and said we had to pay the full fee. They knew I couldnt fight it in court if I cancelled sale and made us pay every last cent. The forms we received were postmarked a week later than the date on the form causing the $100/day to add up faster than we could respond. Finally they told me to sign on a line on the affadavit that was supposed to be for explaining why i didnt have the title. I had to argue that it made no sense for me to sign there as that wasnt what the document was saying and my notarized signature was on the other line. How can such predatory people live with themselves?
