I seriously can’t thank the gentlemen here enough for all the assistance given to me yesterday. They went so far as picking up the needed tire for me from another location, and were all so incredibly helpful in explaining everything to me. Everyone there was incredibly kind, helpful, and made an a stressful situation much more pleasant.

Had breaks, break pads, rotors, etc. replaced last year And I’m having to get new brakes and a rotor replaced because they gave me bad product. I do not recommend the service and the Fife auto department is closed and so they don’t have me in the system but my name. Very disappointed will never get service here again

Don't even think about driving through there parking lot. I had an employee try to block me from going through the parking lot with his work vehicle almost hitting my vehicle multiple times. I was able to finally get around him and ask what his problem was and he was calling me names and telling me off and being a jerk. This guy has some anger management issues and clearly thinks he is the parking lot police. From my experience they don't deserve any business.

We had a flat tire on the passenger side third axle on the truck.
Tried to patch it ourselves and that luckily led us to the shop. Guys checked, put it back, check the pressure (all eight tires) and didn't charge anything.
This is perfect axample what respect looks like.

If you care about your vehicle do not take it here they will do the work for the money but not sure if they care for quality… The least we can do is make sure everything you touch it’s hooked back up and not spitting out all kind of fluids to get you stuck 2 hours away from a job site. Called them and was told to bring it in even though they told me not to drive it so I guess we will pay for the tow as well after being told to bring it in I was hung up on. Just stay away from here and Dustin.

Did my alignment they did a good job 3 stars because the worker that test drove my coach was flooring the gas pedal and they forgot to tighten up my front wheel simulators, had to do it by hand on the side of an highway.

This review is for the Goodyear in Fife, WA. They saved our butt. The rear brakes on our 29' motorhome were being weird. We pulled in, they had a few minutes to take a look and found a few issues, main one being the rear brakes which were toast. We made an appointment for Friday, providing the parts would come in time, otherwise the following Monday. Luckily the parts came 5 minutes before closing on Thursday night. We were able to boondock their parking lot that night. They started working on it right away Friday morning so that we wouldn't have to stay overnight again (not the greatest area, we had a panhandler bother us Thursday night). We were out of there by 2:00 PM Friday afternoon. Friendly and informative mechanic explained how and why the brakes failed and showed us the parts.

Great service and transparency. I have been getting my oil change here for a couple of years. They always check to see if my car needs any additional maintenance. If I describe any issues I think my car has, they explain to me if it is an issue, something to keep an eye on, or nothing to worry about. I would recommend this service center for anyone that isn't car-savvy. James was super helpful in my last visit!

Commercial Service Manager Dustin was a massive help. Completed an alignment on my A-Class MH, Workhorse W24 chassis and mounted/balanced 2 new front tires.Provided a detailed report, and when stock wasn't available in my tire size suggested alternatives to get it. This was all done last minute, he pulled a rabbit out of a hat a saved my race weekend at the track!Definitely will be back.
