Purchased a 2021 Black Edition pilot new a few years back then brought them an White on red S2000 to do a timing chain on and decided not to do the work since they had added other repairs to the work order. When I picked the car up they had removed the valve cover and chipped the paint off of it. When I brought them the car it was perfect no defects in the paint of any kind. Had called 4 different times to ask about it and was hung up on every time. Do Yourself a favor and go some where else. Cheers.

Just bought our second CRV hybrid in the last 2 years from Honda of Fife. Both experiences were awesome and everyone in sales, finance and management were great. I took my Honda 1999 CRV To have the automatic transformation replace there were a lot of complications and problems but the mechanic crew and the adjuster went out of their way to make sure everything. Was fix an I was happy? They always do their best to make sure you are happy some of the kindest people I have ever met. I recommend them to everybody by the way I drove by 3 dealers to get to them. Will recommend them to everybody. ?

I have been to quite a few dealerships over the years, specifically Honda dealerships, and Honda of Fife has been the best experience of them all. Very personable and has a family, friendly feel. I had a specific goal in mind for my new car and they were able to meet it without all the creepy, shady car salesman vibes. Thanks Peyton and team!

Honda Fife service department is one of the primary reasons I will continue to drive a Honda for the rest of my life. They are open on weekends and they provide excellent service and communication. Every visit to this service department has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Honda Fife for extraordinary service time and time again!!!

The Service Department was excellent, Sales was not. We had to pick the vehicle up after the Service Department closed. When we got there, an employee came over to my son (who drives the vehicle) and got in just face about why he was there, and if there was no envelope (which there was), that he would not get his vehicle. When our son went in side, the person at the desk asked who he was, and his identification. He was then handed the envelope (that had the keys and the paperwork). They the swiveled their chair, without saying a word. Definitely not friendly, or good customer service.Jerry Britcher

I’d like to thank Collin in the service department for the excellent customer service he gave me. Although I ultimately decided not get my car fixed due to the money being poured into it I appreciate all he did in trying to find all the answers he could for me. I had bought my car at Honda of Fife 14 years ago and other than when I moved away for 5 years it had been taken care of there and always left a happy customer. Thank you, all!

The literal best place to take your Honda. They tell you up front before they do anything all the options and pricing that you could face before they start working on it. They're pretty good at hard diagnostics and they were able to help explain and teach me on what to watch out for on my car. I won't take my Hondas anywhere else except here now and I live in northern Silverdale and I still come there, even just for an oil change occasionally just because that's how much I love giving them my business and I want to see them around as long as possible. Thank y'all for the free washes and perks!

Our sales person was fantastic as was the Dealership. The only drawback I have with our purchase is the same one I have everything I make a new car purchase over the years. The time it takes to do the paperwork. One would think in all these years they would find a way to streamline it more. But it is about the only thing that has stayed the same all my life.

I'm severely disappointed at this dealership. A couple of months ago I had my oil change at this location. 2 mins. After starting and getting in my car I checked everything and I noticed they forgot to reset my oil life % counter so I had to go back inside and asked if they actually did change my oil. The guy who helped me double checked and said they did it and he had to reset the counter for me. So I'm like ok, it happens. Senior moments you know.I gave them another chance. I made my online appointment via Hondalink app. Aug. 4 for my car to be serviced on Aug 10. I put in the comments section in the app my bf is dropping off my car,I also provided my bf a copy of my service warranty just in case they asked, I also put in the app comment section about the number they had to call (as this is my 1st time using my Car service warranty.) The original dealership where I leased and bought my car in the East Coast told me that my car service warranty is statewide.Just when I thought I had everything taken care of. Aug. 10 they gave my bf a hard time and needed to pay out of pocket to get things done. Since the dealership failed/ didn't call the number I provided ahead of time and so, they couldn't reach anyone at that department by the time my car is in their shop.It's sad and unfortunate that this dealership continues to disappoint me. I don't recommend this place to anyone.I hope management looks into this sort of issue so they can improve their service department to better assist Honda customer(s).
