They told us it would be 10-15 minutes for our hot sub, because the grill was already making a couple sandwiches. Those sandwiches finished, and they havent even started our sandwiches yet. Im writing this having been here almost 30 minutes already. They did give us 2 coupons for a regular sub to applogize.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon around 12:45pm. Ordering 2 sandwiches. There were 6 people in line ahead of me and 3 people who looked like they were waiting on Mobil or Online orders there.This place use to be amazing! There was a male crew there about 6 months plus ago and they were rock stars. This new crew of women (not sure why both crews were one gender only, probably a coincidence) is constantly failing us when we keep trying to go back. I work at EQC so very close and use to go all the time but I've slowed down due to the service received now.One women ALWAYS calls every single person "honey", I work in HR...I hate that and others here at the casino have expressed the same. Very unprofessional.They get so distracted by talking to guests that they get orders wrong, have to be reminded, and take sooo long. I just got lunch and I was in there for 30 minutes! when only 6 people were head of me.Then my card does not work in their machine so I have to enter the info manually with other customers right next to me able to see my info if they wanted. Very frustrated with this place. I'll go all the way to the federal way one next time I want a sub.

I’m really sad because I door dashed today and I was eating my sandwich and I saw a bug crawl out of the other half of my sandwich. I spit my food out and when I put the other side of the sandwich down another bug crawled out. Sickening. I’ve never had this happen before and this actually my favorite location but it was sickening to think this happened. I’m so disappointed. DoorDash refunded me but besides financials, I’m in disbelief. I hope sanitation is followed and everyone is up to date on food cards.

Uber/door dash picked up my order☹, when i arrived to get my order they ask name of pick up n i said my name. They said someone already picked up my order. I told them it wasnt me, n they said the food delivery was only ones in here lately. So now they are remaking my order. Its not the ladies working here fault, but ddnt appreciate the attitude that it wasnt me that picked up my order. I placed it for a certain time n was in store before the time.

Customer service is top notch here. They greet you with a warm "welcome" every time. The energy they give off is awesome. They're quick, efficient, & give a quality product every time. Side note: I ate my lunch whilst the manager was giving interviews. She exudes confidence, comfort, & integrity. Her laugh is infectious. Always a return customer here.

Slow and lazy ended up just walking out after standing there for 20 mins and no one would help me..Looks like they were too busy on their phone then to actually take care of the customers. How does corporate let them get away with this? They should definitely not be working there.

Lead Ami, has great customer service. She spoke as I walked in the door. I asked for a certain sandwich and as the other person started to make the sandwich she realized they ran out of cooked bacon. ( it was understandable because it was 20 mins or less until closing) she offered another sandwhich or I could wait wait. I waited. when it was ready she compensated me for my waiting ams she states they should have had bacon ready regardless of the time of night. ThaT was pleasing because to hear. Ppl are so mean sometimes and it was finally nice to run into who was nice and apologetic. 5 Stars for Ami
