I hope I’m spelling his name correctly, but he was incredibly respectful, patient, and clearly knowledgeable in what he was doing. He handled the atmosphere extremely well, even with limited staff. I’m not sure if he’s a team captain or a manager, but he definitely carried himself like a boss. Thank you for helping me out with my car! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They told me that my drain plug was rounded and they couldn't complete the service. But still charged me. Then they said I needed to find a better jiffy lube that could finish but didn't know where. I had to call around looking for a jiffy lube that had a special tool. Drove to another jiffy lube but there's a only one employee here and he's ignoring me

The diversity at this location is awesome to see, been coming here a long time and this store has never really had a team quite like this, really feel like I'm being educated when I'm here and not upsold, the manager is really good with his crew, they all seem to respect him and look up to him, keep it up Fife !

I had a different experience with this particular Jiffy Lube. I use Jiffy Lube for all my oil changes and lubes. When I pulled up to this one when the girl scanned my VIN number for some reason my vehicle didn't show up in their system. Also, once I get my service done my oil life notification resets for some reason it didn't this time.

The service was fine but sat in my truck and listened to a guy employee in the pit scream at a female employee. He was cussing her out about checking in cars which she was already doing so he could service them. How embarrassing for her to be belittled in front of customers. Definitely not a healthy work environment. If that was the manager he needs some serious training.

Noah was awesome! We just moved to the Fife area and desperately needed a top off for oil. Noah had us in and out in a jiffy with no hassle.
