Parts department is impossible to get ahold of, let alone if they tell you they're going to call back. We have been waiting 3 days for a quote for a few simple parts. As another shop, this is unacceptable. This is costing us money and time, which has been the case time and time again with this dealership. We are from western Washington and have shopped for parts as far away as Portland in order to avoid having to deal with this dealership's parts department.

I recently visited Tacoma Land Rover with the intention of purchasing a new Defender. Upon arrival, we were met by a salesman who seemed to have all the charm of the Geico caveman's less appealing sibling. His demeanor was noticeably irritable, and his first words were a curt "What do you guys want?" without even a hint of an introduction or inquiry about our names.
When we expressed our interest in the Defender, he barely concealed his disdain and simply scoffed, wishing us "good luck." We inquired about evaluating our trade-in, a 2024 Range Rover Evoque with just 4,000 miles and in pristine condition. To our dismay, he dismissed the request outright, claiming it was a waste of his time and stating that his manager wouldn’t even consider it.
Despite our attempt to persuade him to consult with his manager, he remained resolute in his refusal, and we left the dealership within ten minutes. The experience was not only disappointing but also demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and customer service.
In stark contrast, our visit to Bellevue Land Rover was exemplary. The staff there treated us with the utmost respect and attentiveness throughout the entire process. We ultimately purchased a new Defender from them and couldn’t be more satisfied. Bellevue Land Rover has earned our loyalty and will be our exclusive choice for future vehicle purchases. I will also be recommending them to family and friends, advising them to steer clear of Tacoma Land Rover if they value a respectful and customer-oriented buying experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. I had customized a vehicle to my exact specifications and was eagerly awaiting its arrival for almost 5 months. However, when I went to pick it up, I was informed that my vehicle had arrived a week early and was sold to another customer. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time and preferences.
The dealership’s failure to keep track of orders and ensure that customized vehicles are delivered to the correct customers is a serious issue. I expected better communication and accountability from a reputable dealership. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I will not be returning to Land Rover Tacoma for any future purchases.

Our Seattle Jaguar Club event was hosted by Jaguar of Tacoma. We were taken through the complete process of purchasing a new vehicle. Their customer service is so complete, it will blow you away! Luncheon was provided, our turnout was wonderful. If you are looking for a new Jaguar or Volvo, check them out FIRST!

Service department is always great here. Staff are always very nice and my car is always clean when I get it back. Beautiful new building. Nice wait room with snacks and drinks should you stay for your service. I did not purchase my Range Rover at this dealership. The sales staff was awful at the time (5yrs)! They may have changed, but I drove to Portland to buy my car and may do so again when I’m ready to order another. We’ll see. I also service my car in Spokane when I’m at our eastside home. That dealership is great also.

The manager and service manager were awesome. I bought a slightly used 2016 Evoque from them in 2019 and this year the windshield delaminated on top from the car. It was a fairly common problem with the model but it was 8 years old. I took it in and they contacted Range Rover and they took care of everything. The rental car was paid for and windshield replaced at no cost to us. 16 days. I would highly recommend them, they were nice, professional and helpful throughout the process. Ben and Darius I salute you. These days when most places spend more time trying to get out of taking care of their customers the are the flip.

Donarius. is my advisor and has been for a while. Each time I bring my vehicle in, he has always been upfront, straightforward and professional with advising me on what needs to be done and giving me timeframes on when they need to be completed if the work is not immediately needed. He is pleasant and professional. I give him 10 Stars....
