Hands down the BEST car purchase/leasing experience I’ve ever had. This company knows what customer service is. There is no pressure, and You can truly see that they want you to find the car that is best for you! Customer service like this is hard to come by nowadays. I’m going to make sure that I tell everybody that I know what an Awesome experience I had with this company. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, go check these guys out. Ask for Brian & Ben. I recently purchased a 2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport from Landrover of Tacoma, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Edward, our salesman, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable car-buying process. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, and he patiently answered all our questions, making us feel confident in our decision.

Dealership went above and beyond in hunting down exactly what I was looking for when buying my 2023 Range Rover. Transaction was smooth and no pressure. My only complaint is that I wish they were closer to home for when the time comes for service.

After trying multiple car dealers, I went with land Rover tacoma because of their personal service,persistence and professionalism. Charles stuck with me for nearly 9 months while I assessed all the options and finally got organized to get a car. Then after I had been dragging my feet for so long. He got a car special delivery in for me from interstate and had it ready for a dash run on my way home from the airport. He had all the paperwork ready. I walked in signed on the line and walked out again. I would work with these guys again.

Stars are dropping fast. We had a great buying experience and hoped to carry that along after the purchase but that has yet to come to fruition. During our purchase we ordered some accessories to be installed, two of which were nice to haves and one being a requirement for our purchase. 1. Dash cameras front and rear2. Side steps3. Hitch and harness (required to tow our boats and trailers)We were contacted that our parts were in and made and our service appointment was scheduled. Drove the hour to the dealership and was notified that item one was not actually there and on backorder with no estimated time of arrival (ETA). So understanding that we chose to cancel and decided to go aftermarket. We are notified our two days later that the wrong module for the towing was ordered or delivered and a new one was being overnighted, understandable. When we were finally notified our vehicle was done we drove the hour to the dealership, picked it up and drove home. A few days later hooked up to one of our trailers, no lights. Hooked up to another and no lights. HmmmmmmmSomewhat frustrated contacted the dealer again and they made another appointment, we drove the hour once again and dropped it off. Never was given a reason (still haven't actually) as to why we were given our vehicle back without the system they spent days installing didn't work but we were told a repair kit needed to be ordered and guess what, no ETA. A few phone calls later, promises to get a call back and nothing. Purchased September 4th and now it is December 1st and still no trailer lights, still can't tow and of our stuff and still haven't an ETA or resolution from the dealer. Frustrations are building and each phone call seems to be met with a mixture of indifference or attitude.

I had a piece of the cover under my car get caught on a cinderblock and was dragging the ground. I called to see if they could repair or replace this piece and was told yes by a really friendly service advisor. It was pretty important to get done because it was not only unsightly, and unsafe but it was my birthday and I had plans. So once I got there they completed a look over and took the car to be repaired. I decided to see if they also could do my annual service which they were able to do. I didn't wait long and they saved me from having to return later in the week. I was very happy with the outcome....I would recommend this location to others.

Dealership is nice and personnel are very friendly. Last two service visits have been questionable and ungodly expensive. Told I needed new brake fluid when it was just changed a few months ago, but missed that the coolant level was low. Changed air filters myself because JLR charges 250 bucks for 30 bucks in parts and 10 minutes. Car was fine for a week after replacement. Took vehicle in for the rest of the service (oil change) the car had a horrible smell of gas in the cabin after service. Took vehicle back and was told my filters needed changed. Was not given a reasonable explanation as to why it was fine before the service and bad after. Was told something must have gotten on them during service. While they did wave labor charges, still had to pay over 100 bucks for new filters because you couldn’t drive the car as the fumes were nauseating and for me to order new filters myself would have taken another week or two. Things that make you go hmmm…. Gonna get their money one way or another.

I have called the service department several times over the past two months. The concierge has answered each time promising me a call back. This most recent time I expressed my frustration and the woman apologized and assured me I would hear back. It's been a week and a half and still nothing. My range rover is about ready to break down so I'm forced to find a local place and hope they can service Land Rovers. Don't waste your time.

The finance department is horrible. I have been trying to contact them regarding the purchase of the additional equipment and have been unable to reach the . That to me is horrible customer service. I hope no one else has to deal with them the way I have had to. If you are not able to be there for your customers who spend a lot of money. Maybe you should work somewhere, were you don’t deal with the public.

Wanted to commend Michelle in the Service Dept for all her help with my car repairs! I purchased my used Range Rover from another dealership who promised to make repairs as part of my deal. When they couldn't do it, they brought it to Land Rover of Tacoma. The only reason things actually got repaired correctly was with Michelle's help - her honesty and sincerity in disclosing what was wrong so I could negotiate with the other dealer is just what I needed. Thanks Michelle!

Great customer service! Took me in very quickly and did an amazing job plus they washed my car! The dealership in Bellevue didn't even do that. So browny points for you guys in tacoma. Keep up the good work. Definitely coming back.

Initially I would have given my service experience a 1, but the customer service I received from Donarious really shows the impact of great customer service. My first service advisor transitioned out of her role while working on my vehicle and didn’t following through on multiple items— submitting warranty documents, not returning calls, failed to get loaner, etc. my car had been at the dealership for a month and zero progress had been made. In the midst of this, my family experienced a significant loss in our family which exasperated the situation. Long story short— Donarious stepped in and went above and beyond to fix a mess he did not create. He made it a mission to make things right and he did. He communicated regularly to provide status updates, followed through on everything he said he would do, did his due diligence to ensure pricing and service were accurate (which resulted in my service being slightly cheaper) and did so in a way that was filled with compassion and understanding. He shifted my thinking from, “I’m filing a formal complaint and never coming back” to “I’ll be back as long as Donarious is here.”There were still some service frustrations after the fact (unrelated to Donatious), but I feel confident I will get it all resolved based on my experience with him. Honorable mention to Shinee who has been extremely helpful in assisting with the aftermath service needs.

Came to buy a certified land rover, and the salesman was backed by the super-rude financing employee! After we were fed all lies from salesman, we learned that the car was not certified and it had been in an accident before being noted in the carfax, and the AC was not working and car had a major electrical repair. Also, we were told it had two years warranty left but then found it was 10 months only!! Discrepancies were discovered only because I decided to take my time and read before sign. Luckily, I evaded a $50k scam from a prestigious dealership. am certainly sure that people need to know this to be careful not to blindly trust the fake overalls. This dealership best interest was only to sell their cars at all cost. It was a waste of excitement, time, and run credit reports results in big hit dropped 22+ points from score before we walkout the deal.
