I have debated posting any review, but since I have called twice to the service department and left a few msgs we will go back to the beginning.I will say HORRIBLE service. I had my vehicle in last year for warranty work, my vehicle was literally in the shop 3 weeks. I couldn’t get a straight answer. Finally get it back and fast forward to now, my car needs warranty work again and after calling several times I still have YET to get a call back. I don’t understand how you are still in business. I rather drive to Olympia from the Kitsap peninsula because they actually answer their phones. Do better Larson!

Experience horriblePeople let's get together file complain agents Larson CadillacI purchased gmc 2022 youkon at4Have life time free car wash on the 4th time the gentleman was washing my car with presure washer scratch deep my driver door about 7 inch long. They refused fixing it after playing back and forth gamesI keep having voltage groups while I'm driving, my electrical component driving me crazy! Crash sensor keep going off will not work when it needs too.Trasferstation services keep coming up with check engine light on , I have Scadule 2 times appointments they keep canceling with any explanation, I ask for them to provide me a car while they will repair under warranty . Answer where I have to provide my own.People don't waist your time ! On so called luxury services. They don't care about you.

The worst. I’ve never had so much trouble even speaking to someone. Emails go undelivered, phones are unanswered, as are voicemails. They had our vehicle the first time for 4 weeks, said it was fixed, it wasn’t. Also said they were too busy to call our warranty company. Second time we dropped it off for the same issue after paying for it, has been a total for 6.5 weeks going on 7. Parts are not back ordered, just doesn’t seem as tho anyone follows up with anyone. If Larson Cadillac was the last place to get a vehicle fixed, I would YouTube it.

Disappointed called interested in a Cadillac Escalade schedule appointment went the guy that talked to me was not there when he said he was going to be there and ask for himself to help me out so wasted a half tank of gas to get there I don't have much money either and going through rough times ended up loosing me as a customer I just went to another lot and got great service I ended up with a new 2012 Cadillac Escalade that I like for 3,500 looks new and barley driven only problem is smells like cigarette smell

We traded in a car and were supposed to receive a check for $7,500 as part of our deal. The check arrived and was $6,500. We've been trying to get a response from them for two weeks now about the extra $1,000 dollars.Edit 9/8 - It's been another week and still haven't heard anything. We have attempted to contact them twice and they aren't responding.

We dropped off our vehicle for a simple repair that is to take less than 24 hours. Replace the turn signal switch. They had our vehicle for 12 days and no work was ever completed. They ordered the wrong part and we were told 12 days later after we repeatedly called them everyday. The service department never calls you with updates and then they never call back... the part they needed to order that they claimed they could not find, and would charge us $200 we found in 3 minutes online, an original OEM part, for less than $50. We decided to pick up our car yesterday with no completed work so we can do it ourselves. We were charged a diagnostic fee and a $10 misc training fee. Totalling over $210. A $10 misc training fee? I also inquired to have a loaner car, which I desperately needed after over 12 days with no car. The loaner program is only for customer's who purchased their car from their dealership. Which I had. And they did not have anything available for me. That was also a burden in addition to the lack of communication, and no work being done. I do not recommend the service department. If you purchase a car from them, don't expect a loaner car and don't expect quality work on your vehicle. Read the reviews, there're enough warnings. What a waste of time and money for our family. Such an inconvenience.

We came here after my car was stolen (if you have a Kia watch out!!) and met Nathan. He was super empathetic and kind to what we had dealt with the morning before coming in, and answered all of our questions clearly. We had an issue with financing through one bank, and Jessica figured it out while also getting us a lower interest rate. We got a Mini Cooper and while that car won’t replace my first car that was stolen, it certainly softened the blow and is a dream to drive.

My wife and I just bought a vehicle for our family and the team at Larson Cadillac made our experience truly special. Reggie was extremely knowledgeable friendly and welcoming , our sales person Vasiliy was accommodating and made the purchasing process very smooth we really appreciate Vasiliy’s non pressure and positive approach towards car sales. Eric and Jessica answered our questions regarding the financing and also provided a very positive and pleasant experience.

I would not recommend the service department. I can only hope the work that was done is satisfactory because the customer service is the worst. Total lack of communication from the first day. My car was there for 18 days just to replace two wheel bearings. When I picked up my car everything from the center console as well as the glove box was thrown on the floor. It was filthy from sitting on their lot. I guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction. If you do don’t go there.

My experience with the Larson Cadillac service department was disappointing. I made an appoint to have a recall serviced about two weeks in advance. During the scheduling process, I provided my VIN so that the technician was able to look up the exact recall notice. I arrived at the appointment and confirmed that I was there for a recall.After sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours, the receptionist informed me that Larson Cadillac didn’t actually have the recall part on hand, and would need to order it (3-4 day wait).I then had to wait another hour before I could get my vehicle back and reschedule the recall service for another week.

I use to get my car serviced here all of the time. I have been here for a little over a year because I moved away. The people and the service team use to be really nice. But the guy who serviced my suv on my last visit wouldn't or couldn't answer any of my questions and basically brushed me off. The guy who checked me out at the counter wasn't any better. But that's fine. Until they work on there customers service I'll take my caddy to Renton Cadillac.

Unhappy with the level of service at the service department at Larson Cadillac. First we booked service online and asked for a loaner car. When we arrived we were told they do not do loaners so we had to get a Uber home. Dropped car off on Wednesday for check engine light and received no call with update until we called Thursday afternoon and was told maintenance done but if we wanted to have the check engine light problem taken care of it would be a additional day. I have taken car to Brotherton Cadillac for other car for check engine light and they call you same day with diagnosed issue and cost. Friday comes around and no communication if car was ready. Called several times and after several hours finally got through to be told message was left that part needed did not arrive. Finally got our car back today but again no one called notifying it was ready and we had to check in. This place really needs to work on effectively communicating with customers. This experience was highly unprofessional and will not be returning for services to this location.

The level of professionalism from the sales department is bar none. Bradford was very accomodating, offered us drinks and opened up a few different vehicles for us. When we decide to purchase, we will be looking towards Larson Cadillac.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE EVER. You will spend your hard earned money to purchase a vehicle that is well over 100k and you will never be treated as a valued customer. ALL they care about is your money. Don't think that the Service Dept is any better. I waited for almost an entire year for a part time come, only to be told they they recieved it and then SENT IT BACK...without ever having told me that it came in. Every time I drop my car off for service, they break something else that needs fixing. I cannot stress enough that this dealership is not worth it. Don't waste your time.
