The service itself is fine, but because this tire shop is in a rough area of the Puget Sound; don’t expect stellar customer service. I tried to get my tires checked and was thinking of buying a spare tire for my motorhome, but the service techs were very rude and brushed me off. I would recommend going to a Les Schwab tire center further in the suburbs, unless you can handle a gritty and ghetto service department. Managers don’t care either, they stand by their employees and don’t care about the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have an emergency. Only reason I didn’t give one star is because they eventually checked my tires, once the manager quit arguing with me about his employees attitude.

Great day for the Mazda and new brakes. I really want to give reason for my five star rating. Brian service manager is outstanding in breaking it down for me with the brake system. I'm impressed with the shop and the waiting room and how clean and organized to hang out as my car got repaired. Thank you for a great experience with excellent customer service at Les Schwab Fife WA.

Once I arrived, it only took about 30 minutes to get the flat tire fixed.
I really appreciated how they were considerate of my time. The quality of service makes it worth coming back, even though it’s a bit far from home.

Don’t go here they will give your keys to anyone and well then your cars stolen and now they have completely ruined my life and made me loose everything I own .. I had checked my car in to be looked at just me and they gave my keys to someone they saw me with little did they know I was just giving the people a ride and now my cars stolen and they aren’t doing shit to help me not even a rental

Im not giving any stars to this Les Schwab location, I went in today to have my car looked at, walked keys into building ALONE handed keys over to worker ALONE and had the work done under my account. So that being said aside the fact it is my car, but with said information no one shouldve been allowed to grab the keys other than myself. Well this location willingly handed my keys over to someone who wasn't me which in return resulted in it being stolen. And to top it off I'm currently homeless and that was not just my car but my home. Putting this information out there and saying I will be contacting corporate Monday morning to see what can be done over this matter

After a long trip, I came home to find a flat tire with a nail in it. I stopped at Les Schwab and within an hour had a fixed tire at no charge. After a long day of travel, I can't describe how much the quick and free service meant.

Drove in for a low tire pressure warning, and they were able to patch the tire right away. Got great customer service. Very friendly and also did a safety check on the car. Highly recommend Les Schwab for their customer service.

They are so nice and helpful. They treat you with respect and explain things very well. Waiting room is nice and clean!
