Recently purchased a pre-owned BMW at Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma. I was assisted by Tomari Bates (Sales) who provided me a brilliant experience as I looked into this car. Tomari was engaging, pleasant, respectful of my questions and very patient as I contemplated the purchase of the car. Not buying a Mercedes, Tomari still gave me that wonderful customer experience one expects of a Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma dealership. Thank you Tomari!

Considering this is Mercedes-Benz you would expect top notch customer service and a job well done. Well not in Fife WA. Not only did they make me wait 2 weeks when my sunroof flew out of my car going 70 mph on the freeway, yes the WHOLE SUNROOF!!!! While it rained half of those two weeks. I then go to my long awaited appt. Only to be told I'd have to wait some mor1e because they needed to first see if it would be approved (even though it was under a recall) and then they could order the glass....um excuse me why didnt they do this while i waited 2 weeks for my installation appointment that never happened???? Poor communication on their end and nonsense for me to have dealt with it. But that's not all, After waiting 3 more days i have a sunroof.in my car that does not fit. They never showed me that it was moving or working when they told me where my car was parked they just said here you go and took off. Two days later once it was a brighter day i went to open it, and its stuck because its the wrong glass, and they have to know that. Its rediculous and I'm really shocked at the low level of performance they show in their customer service department.The only bright spot in this story was Liz shes great at her job and goes.the extra mile and needs to work somewhere where she could shine even more. The people who work there are snooty and rude and i will never ever go there again. The trip to Bellevue is going to have to on my next trip. Its worth the gas and extra time for me all the way from Olympis. NEVER AGAIN FIFE MERCEDES-BENZ NEVER!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I took my 2020 AMG GT to get my exhaust checked, plus to check on a noise and to see why my check engine light came on. I was told the noise was a speaker issue, the exhaust rattling was “normal” and they replaced some clamps to fix the check engine light issue. So after they had my car for 23 days, on 9/29/2023 they called me and told me my car was ready. I went to pick it up and when I got home I noticed they had damaged my drivers side rear wheel, chipped my windshield & not to mention the noise from the speaker was still there, in fact worse. I immediately sent Monica ( the assistant service manager) pictures plus videos the moment I got home and noticed the damages. Then the following morning. I dropped the car off (9/30/2023). Monica informed me at that time of drop off that the service manager would reach out by end day and it is now Tuesday (10/03/203) at the end of day without any contact from them. Also now I am down a car as I was not provided with a loaner. I have never written a bad review in my life but this is one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. Not the type of service I expected when dealing with a Mercedes franchise especially when I spent over 100k on the car. I’m confident a technician took my car on a joy ride and carelessly handled the car considering they gave it back with an empty gas tank when it had 60+ miles left when I had when I dropped it off for service.

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Chris Lee at Mercedes of Tacoma. Smooth process, Chris actually had the 3 cars I was considering literally waiting for me when we pulled up front. I also cannot finish this review without mentioning Scotty....He took his time and showed us all the workings inside the vehicle. No stone left unturned!! He was AMAZING!!!! If you are even remotely considering buying a vehicle Hassle Free look up Chris Lee at Mercedes of Tacoma. Brandon Kindle is the GM and took his time and was so sincere, we don't see that often enough these days. Thank you all for the experience!!Lance H.

Ive been coming to this dealership since 2018 to service my car. While things have changed, I used to get loaner cars, now I just wait at the facility while my car is serviced. They have been very receptive and responsive when my car was there a couple of weeks back in 2020 for services. I appreciate all the people working there and for getting me on my way on a busy Saturday within a couple of hours. I feel comfortable and confident having Mercedes Benz of Tacoma service my vehicle.

What a f... joke. A high end dealer offers no courtesy cars. Only coffee everything else else is for purchases .every dealer I been to offers snacks and a more comfortable waiting area fee of charge. They also want to charge 239.00 fee just to look at a code and clear it, I do not recommend any Larson dealers they are just a money hungry bunch.

They do not sell quality. A brand new car with chipping paint. Save yourself from the emotional trauma. I should’ve read reviews in their entirety.Review from others previously“ But your Finance guy, Emil is the complete opposite. Major lacking in people skill and very disrespectful to customer and his job. Should not be working in the servicing sector.” Emil lied about not being able to remove warranties and said such insulting remarks, “this is not like buying groceries” only to go over the warranties and you could remove most of them anytime and get a refund. They all lie and the general manager Brandon Will just lie along the body language will tell you everything. I draw the line when it comes to liars and we are so glad we went to Bellevue for service and the second car. They are quick, professional and the service department also answers the phone unlike this place. This place is run like a used car dealership.

Bought an used 2016 E550 cabriolet from another dealer. I went to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma to get a replacement lug nut lock key and the service person, Eric was sooooo helpful in getting my problem resolved.I also needed a second fob key since the vehicle only came with one Eric talked to service and was able to get service to get the new key programmed while I waited.Kudos to people like Eric and Victoria from service department. Such an wonderful experience…. Thanks

I am first time Mercedes owner and took my car in to get it's first service. Upon arrival, Giovanni who was supposed to be my service tech and check me in was busy. Understandable. I had a few questions regarding my new/used car so the lady checking me in wrote down my questions. When my car was ready for pick up, Giovanni was rushed answering my questions and didn't even address them all and/or brushed them off. I had one key that wasn't working properly and was told by the initial girl checking me in it would cost $240 or so to replace and they'd have to run diagnostics on it. I was fine with that but when Giovanni spoke with me he told me to go to the original dealer I bought it from, as if they gave me the wrong key. I told him it worked some of the time just not all. He said they would run some test to se if they could reset it when I came to pick up my car..... So when I go to pick up my car, Giovanni is preoccupied AGAIN and can't check me out. Is he the only one that knows anything in that place? He seemed rushed, overwhelmed. I go to pay and asked about the key again and the lady just switched the battery saying that certain batteries don't work. All of that back and forth for a simple solution. Thank god I didn't pay for a brand new key. I still didn't get my answers on 2 other issues. One of which, I was told they'd get back to me on. Doubt that. I was really disappointed in the overall experience. I don't even trust they fixed what was needed on my car at this point. Will make the drive to Seattle in the future.

This is the worst dealership I’ve dealt with and wish I listened to reviews before coming here. Sale were nice but very pushy and the nice ends as soon as purchase went through. and finance gives a bad attitude when show no interest of their overpriced products. BE CAREFUL of a 599$ “theft protection” package that they sneak through by putting it together with tag cost on price breakdown. The CPO car bought was also a nightmare warning light come on after purchase and found all four wheels are bent. Sales got defensive and won’t help and warranty don’t cover bent wheels either. Don’t trust their CPO and find/do your own PDI.

If there was a way to give negative stars this place would be more than deserving of such. My fiancée took his work van to get serviced here, dropped it on a Tuesday and they said it would be in for a day…naturally it’s understandable for unforeseen things to come up, but to NEGLECT to call with any updates on the vehicle and repeatedly confuse which van is being referenced, asking for the VIN multiple times is completely unacceptable. Then calling on Friday to say the van is ready to be picked up and again not have the right file in hand, referencing a completely different vehicle than the work van that we are trying to pick up and then discovering the van IS NOT READY. Service desk staff should be fired, thanks for wildly frustrating experience. Literally go ANYWHERE else if you can.

This review is strictly for our "salesperson" Jacob Fearn.My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from this location since the 1990's. We are 'Mercedes-Benz or bust' type people.We traded in my GLK for a brand new 2023 GLC 300 a little less than 2 weeks ago and the experience has been nothing short of exhausting and terrible.Reminder: we bought this vehicle LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AGO...BRAND NEW. It has already had these issues: battery stalled, engine light has gone on and stays on, hill assist does not work, blue tooth has shut down, the touch screen has gone black, and the trunk does not open if you wave your foot under the sensor like it is supposed to.Look, I understand that vehicles have problems, even new ones. These are machines and they cannot be expected to be perfect.However, it is the service, or lack there-of, from Jacob Fearn, our sales person, who has made this experience terrible for us. I don't know who decided to hire this guy, or how he is in any sort of customer service related position, but JACOB - YOU SUCK, MAN. You have absolutely no business selling luxury cars, or anything, to be honest. How did we go from our trustworthy, reliable, friendly sales person (who unfortunately retired) to......you? He was one of the reasons why we kept going back to your location. Now, you are the reason why we will tell EVERYONE to stay away. You sold us this brand new car, happily took our commission, but have done nothing but cry about your feelings like a baby on the phone and then hang up on us whenever we call to get your help. We are warranted to be this upset for a $58k brand new vehicle that is already malfunctioning. As a sales person, you should feel it in your bones to want to go out of your way to make this right for your client. Not only should we be upset about the malfunctioning, but we are warranted to feel this upset when the "best" you can do is see us 3 weeks later to get this fixed for us, and then talk down to us as if we have no clue about these vehicles. When we express our concern with the service team not being able to see us for another 3 weeks, please do not respond with "yea...and?" and "well, I didn't make these cars" with the sassiest attitude.Not only are you unhelpful but you are incredibly entitled and have a huge chip on your shoulder. Do your job, be helpful, and don't be such a pretentious, entitled jerk.Needless to say, we are incredibly disappointed. Never have we ever experienced this with our former sales guy at Mercedes of Fife. Hopefully Jordan, the sales manager, will make this right as he promised.

I recently purchased an SD Card Garmin Map Pilot 2020. When I asked the parts department rep, Eric, I was informed that I could not. So, after purchasing the part for over $600 and returning home. I was able to find the same item on Amazon for $31.00. I believe that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. I will be back at the dealership and I expect a full refund. - JH
