Miscommunication, my receipt shows the phone I wanted. At the bottom it was said it was a deposit for a phone I told him I didn't want. Go to south hill Puyallup or Federal Way Metro don't go to to Fife Wa.

21MAR2021Only one reason why I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 star rating, and that's because I can't give a 4.9Walter was very friendly, upbeat & outgoing. Very knowledgeable about the products he's selling. Once it was my turn the whole new phone purchase too maybe 15 minutes. My -0.01 is because I'd made mention multiple times that I needed handset insurance. I live in Renton but drove to Fife because of bad experiences had in Renton stores.When I got home it was discovered that i did not have the insurance, but that was taken care of pretty quickly.All & all it was a great experience, buying a new phone is an unpleasant event for me, but i kinda want to go back to that store to buy other stuff. So obviously I'd go back again.Edited on 23MAR2021Now I might have to change my rating from a 4 to a 2 after being called "Stephanie" ??

Very unprofessional. Needed help with my cracked phone. Couldn't receive the code real fast because of the screen. I have two bills i pay every month with this company and your employee couldn't take 5 more mins to be helpful to me to fix the line where I receive all my business. Then get offered a loaner from his house for $80.. when I'm in your establishment trying to figure out if I'm eligible for an upgrade... which I'm pretty sure I am. This is the difference between being processional and unprofessional there is a line that should never get crossed. Just because a customer is laughing doesn't mean you let down your guard and become so comfortable that you forget you at work. You need a professional customer relation expert to retrain or simply get a new employee. I'd drive a 1000 miles before giving my money to dealer of Metro-by TMobile with employees that conduct themselves in the manner I witnessed and experienced yesterday night. Your representative of TMobile Metro was even laughing at a very angry customer whom couldn't get in touch with anyone before 8pm on the voicemail. Very very disgruntled!! I'd rather be disgruntled somewhere else!! There's a line between laughing and joking and still maintaining your objectiveness and professional behavior. We have been customers of Metro PCS for about 10 years. It was time for our upgrades and we decided to add a 5th line to our plan. We originally started at the Milton location where we typically go but unfortunately we meet a young man at that location that couldn't be bothered helping or even talking with us. We felt very frustrated by how we were treated at the Milton location and almost just ordered new phones through Amazon. My husband called the Fire store and got a very helpful and friendly Walter on the phone so we dropped down the hill to see him.Walter at the Fire location was Awesome! He greeted us and was happy to help with our upgrades. The store itself was put together. Lots of display phones out and on to try. Even though we knew what we wanted before going into store. Prices displayed were current deals and promos. We vented about our earlier experience at the sister store in Milton and he listened without making excuses or harming that employee or Metro PCS. We found that we needed to order the phones we wanted and place a deposit. Walter apologize for our morning and quickly got our phones ordered. We bought that day cases and screen protectors for all 4 phones. Took a week to get phones in. Returned and Walter was there to get our new phones switched over. Easy, fast and friendly. We enjoyed talking with Walter. He was professional and turned around a our thoughts about Metro PCS customer service. Walter at Fife location is our go to guy!

My husband and I went into the fife metro on my birthday to see about getting new phones and we were thinking we were gonna have to pay around $500 for our 2 new phones and plan but the gentlemen that worked there and was helping us whos name was Pablo was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! This poor guy felt horrible & looked pale he said he wasnt feeling very good all of a sudden but he pushed through it and was very kind & gave us exactly what we needed and were looking for but for way cheaper then we thought we were gonna have to pay. We ended up walking out the door with 2 brand new stylo 6 phones with unlimited everything plan and after taxes and everything that applys we walked out the door paying $275.00 for everything. So to Pablo Thank you very much for helping us that night and making my birthday gift happen you were Great and I will be Recommending everyone to u as well as coming back to you myself if I EVER need anything in the future. P.S. I hope your feeling better. :-)
