Lights were out And no one wanted to help.
I came in willing to pay for someone to change them for me. He came out, very polite, didn’t hesitate. Stood in the freezing temps and changed both of them for me! When I went to hand him the money he literally ran away from me! Haha such a gentleman. Any car needs from now on I will

Decided to do some maintenance work on 3 of my vehicles and what better place to go than the local O'Reilly Auto Parts. Fife store is where I go for all the parts I need. From the store manager Andrew to the sales associates everyone does their part in making the customers feel welcome and always go out of their way to make sure we have what we need. Whether its a simple oil change to more labor intensive repairs I always leave with everything I need and also get good value. Check out the Fife store. Won't be disappointed!!!

My overall experience with this O'Reilly's has been 100% mentionable I must have to say I don't leave reviews but the store manager Andrew and one of the employees Ruben have been nothing superb help... these guys assist, and offer feedback that usually one would have to pay for. The guys here at fife have gone above and beyond, and I couldn't ask more. Andrew the store manager is a straight shooter and will help you out even if it's beyond the stores service.

I was broke down in the parking lot. I needed a new alternator. They did not have one in stock but sent a driver to get one right away, and loaned me tools to start the repairs. They had the new part to me before I had the old one pulled out. Andy was super helpful. Checked on me frequently, gave advice, answered questions, even helped me swap out the battery, and perform a bit of troubleshooting. Andy certainly went beyond what was expected of him. Marine Corps Veterans and great guy.
I'm extremely grateful and definitely will be a return customer.

Recently stopped at this location to try and fix a flat tire. Andy, one of the workers, was the best. He helped me with all my questions, he helped me with picking out and finding the right products, and he even helped me with my car tire. It was starting to get late so with tire shops closing, I would have had to drive home on a donut if Andy hadn't helped me out with fixing my flat. Thanks again, Andy.

The parts people at this store are on top of their game. If they don't have what you need, they know where to get it. I believe the managers name is Brian, and he has a great customer service attitude. I enjoy shopping here and will continue to do so. As a matter of fact, I can't wait for something on our vehicles to break so I can go back?

Two days ago, the engine suddenly stopped starting, and the battery eventually died. It's been less than two years since the battery was new, so I was worried that there might be another problem. What immediately came to my mind was going to Oreilly. A kind and pleasant man named William checked the battery and engine lights. And I didn't ask for his name, but the male employee who installed the battery was nice and kind. I always have fond memories of visiting Oreilly and I can always trust them and they always treat their customers well. Thank you so much and thank you for helping me this time too. Awesome! ?
