Exceptional experience with Logan. He excels at communicating and ensured my wife and I understood every step of the process. Unfortunately our vehicle ended being a total loss after the bumper fascia was removed and more damaged was exposed. If we ever need body work or collision repair in the future Logan and staff have earned our business. Thank you for your honesty and patience with our questions. Additionally Paramount was accommodating when we had to remove our personal belongings from our car. Going so far as to remove a trinket I had forgotten to get from the rearview mirror and keeping it until I was able to return to and get it. Much appreciated Paramount.

My wife dropped off her Audi S3 at their direction 10/21/24 to be completed 11/02/24. There was no proactive communication of any delays...and the date passed. Then was told after calling in that they were waiting on a headlight. A week goes by, again no communication, my wife calls and is told they are waiting on parts their without providing any more detail or estimate of time to complete. That was today 11/21/24.
You need to communicate...you need to not have us drop the car off if you don't have your scheduling firmed up nor parts ready. And ultimately, you need to proactively communicate with detailed information.
I imagine the owner has a clue this is going on...if so, this isn't acceptable. We understand delays but you need to understand that as a service business, it implies actually providing a service.

I wanted to only give a 1 star, because they didn't offer marshmallows in the free hot chocolate.....the nerve.
Really though, one of the best automotive centers I have ever worked with. Great with German imports. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed. After my vehicle was at the shop for two weeks, when I retrieved my vehicle for pick up, Paramount Centre did not do a walkthrough with me and review of how my vehicle turned out. Unfortunately, I went in right before they closed, so I did not assume anything. However, as soon I turned out of the lot, my tire pressure light came on. I immediately went to Les Schwab and saw there was a huge nail in my tire. I called Paramount Centre although they were closed. I called them again the next morning explaining what happened and why I couldn't return that night as I went five minutes before closing. They said there is nothing they could do about it, and I must have run over a nail on my way home, despite the tire pressure warning coming on as soon as I drove out of their parking lot. I am very disappointed and will now have to replace two wheels and am now out $500. I did like the staff, however, I will not be returning.

I hate to do this, leaving bad service reviews. especially when you provide opportunities for the situation to be corrected. But when people don't want to be accountable, you must make them accountable.
I have had two vehicles that have been serviced through this collision center. PCC was referred & as they are on auto row in Fife it is where the some of the dealership, specifically Audi send vehicles for work.
My first encounter with PCC pre-Covid went without a hitch. Great service. However, my most recent interaction in the last two months has been nothing but a nightmare and this review must be submitted. I unfortunately was in a hit-and-run over the summer. Impact was to the passenger door and front panel. Two weeks into the repair I returned to the shop for updates only to appreciate and have to inform the shop manager that the front windshield had been shattered.
Paramount took ZERO accountability despite there being intake photos that showed no damage to the windshield (you may refer to my Yelp review of Paramount for the images). They then turned the matter over to the insurance company, which then only disappointed me even further blaming it on a rock chip. Again, the intake photos show no damage to my windshield. Inaccountability, dishonesty, or simply poor attention to detail during the initial intake… You can blame it on any of these.
Moreover, after refusing to take accountability for this new damage, at least Paramount then gave me a $200 discount, essentially the cost of my windshield deductible as i had to open a 2nd vehicle claim for that repair. Subsequently, weeks later when I took my vehicle to my import shop for standard maintenance and oil change...their technicians appreciated that undercarriage parts along the passenger side front axle were just sitting atop axle, broken and not in place (Rolf's Import Auto btw & highly recommended).
When I presented this information back to PCC, immediately their response was well we weren't in that area of my vehicle and that we won't take care of it unless we reopen another claim through your insurance company. This was rather astonishing for them to claim as they had removed the passenger door, front passenger panel, and front bumper for my repair.
Prayerfully, I will not be in another collision however, if I do... more likely than not I will NOT return to Paramount as they've demonstrated their lack of accountability and full service.
It is rather unfortunately and poor experience in service overall.

Beautiful place, but the services they provide are definitely more than a tad overpriced.

I called to have them give me an estimate. They are the recommended shop for Lexus repairs. I live 2 hours away and asked if I could do an estimate through email. Also may lexus is 20 years old. They said first off we don't do estimates over the phone. I get it. But I asked to do it over email and I had tons of pictures. It was a rear lens repair . Secondly they said my car was to old and couldn't get parts for it. Well it is a lx 470 they only made 2 million of them. I replied .. So you are saying you don't want my business. They said that is correct. I wish I could be that selective and have sooo much business you could tell customers ..NO.. also if they are the preferred body shop for Lexus why won't they work on Lexus? So. I went to a local shop in my town. They said no problem with the Lx470. They still have tons of OEM parts for these SUVs. Also they said I could've just called in the job with pictures wouldve been fine too. I found my preferred shop for Lexus.

I don’t think I am going to use them ever again. They used to be good, but not anymore. I didn’t got my car fixed in three months yet. Today we supposed to pick it up, car still has faults, after three months. I wouldn’t recommend, unless you have to some time without your car. I am so exhausted by their service. Please read this Mr. Mark.

Seamless experience! Paramount does an excellent job repairing your automobile no matter how bad the damage. Their customer service is excellent and the associates actually know what they're talking about. I've taken 4 vehicles to Paramount over the years and the quality always seems to amaze me. I never hesitate to have them repair my cars.
