“The pharmacist is extremely helpful. The pharmacy also has a store for over the counter medication including samples to try before you buy. It is a woman owned pharmacy and, from my experience, woman operated. Everyone is very caring and I feel that they have my best interests in mind when consulting me on medications.”
“I can depend on Kirk's to have my prescriptions ready. Recently transferred all meds to them because all other pharmacies around the area delay my prescriptions, stating Ins. reasons, when I know it's not. It's worth the extra drive for me.”

“Easy place to fill up. Plus they have a very good add-on injector cleaner you can add for basicly the same price you would have to pay at any store to get a bottle but you dint have to deal with walking inside and then having to fiddle with a bottle. Just push the button and add it.”
“I've had a working partnership with this Safeway for two Christmas seasons now and most of the staff members are very friendly. It's been positive as I would see them walking to go outside on their breaks, cart retrievals, or managing customer orders.Pricing seems to be getting better here like it was before. Currently, I'm not using the app, but being a Safeway club member still has its benefits. Instead of being only .50 cents to $1.00 off when things go on sale, I've seen that the sale prices have increased on certain products.One of the best findings here in terms of accessible essential resources for females is the sale pricing on the period hygiene products of the Signature Brand, which is Safeway's generic brand name. For less than $7, I was able to find a package of feminine pads and that's including taxes.Their deli section has improved also! Their food has been mostly fresh and there's more offers on their chicken. They have a "Cheep Cheep Chicken" deal on Mondays. And on Wednesdays, there's a $6 sushi offer on at least a few types of their sushi packages. I haven't tried out their sandwiches recently, but noticed an improvement in this section about a year ago. There were issues in terms of overcharging and cleanliness. But things look a lot better and fresher.”

“Well staffed pharmacy who are all very friendly. Small selection of snacks and first aid supplies. Lines are rarely long and service is fast. Wish they had a little more seating for waiting for a prescription. The parking lot is small and can be difficult to get into or out of so recommend finding street parking nearby.”

“Hands down Jodi is the BEST. She cares & takes the time to make sure you understand. The entire staff, Chris, Evan, Barb & the tiny pharmacist whose name I always forget, but you can usually see her pop around the corner every once in a while. If there is an issue, they will always try to help work it out. Example… I have a prescription due in a few days and it is on a national shortage so one of the staff members contacted me to let me know that they don’t have it in stock at the moment and just start calling other Safeway and other pharmacies to try and locate one that has it. Not many pharmacies would take the extra step to do that.”
“Fred Meyer is a great one-stop shop with a solid selection of groceries, household goods, and more. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Prices are fair, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to pick up everything I need in one trip.
The only downside is the parking lot area — there always seem to be quite a few homeless individuals and other people lingering around, which can make it feel a bit uncomfortable, especially at night. That said, it hasn’t stopped me from shopping here, but it’s something to be aware of.
Overall, it is a decent grocery store because of the variety and convenience, but I do wish they could do something to improve the safety and comfort of the parking area.”
“A rare family owned pharmacy, and the best one I’ve ever used. They’re friendly, super fast, and even offer free delivery if you need that service. Plus they have an adorable selection of gifts and such while you’re waiting for your prescription to be filled.”

“I usually go to Walgreens but they don't have the moderna covid vaccine. My search led me to this small Pharmacy and everyone there is a very polite, helpful and friendly. I didn't have to go online to schedule an appointment. Or stand in any long waiting line. A really overall pleasant experience at this Pharmacy each time I've gone there. One time they couldn't help me right away but they sent me to another close by place who could.”
“Good place to buy gas. Discount for points for shopping at Fred Meyer and having shoppers' card which helps price a little. Usually crowded so you may have to wait. Try to pay at the pump. Attendant at booth much less than helpful.”

“The pharmacy is really clean and the pharmacist is always kind. I feel that you are trying to create a bright atmosphere to change the mood of those who visit the pharmacy in a dark mood. Most of all, I am grateful for the “Precautions for taking medicine” written by the pharmacist in handwriting on the medicine box. “This is my local (close by) shopping store. I come here for last minute dinner items and quick shopping trips, really like having it just a block or two away from me (very convenient)... Recently they've gotten security so it's not as bad as it used to be but you still have the riff Raff / drug users to hang out there, the security kind of stays on top of it or as best as they can I should say.. Prices in the store are slightly higher than a bigger Safeway locations, which is why I treat it like a convenience store, but it's better than actually shopping at a convenience store, price wise... The staff are very nice and always there to help, and i utilize their Pharmacy whenever I have the need for those services and they're always fast and convenient... One really surprising thing about the Safeway that I really like is there produce section in they always have really good products and a good variety for the size of the store.. Overall I recommend it to anyone who needs to make a pit stop for things, but not full on shopping ?✌️”

“They have the best prices in town, it's usually the only gas station I use but lately, either due to all the road work or whatever reason, all the pumps have been closed so I've not been able to find any good gas around because of that little inconvenience. I hope they open back up soon, I miss getting my gas at a good price and having it last me a while.”

“I absolutely adore the people who work at the lakewood and downtown tacoma pharmacies. They are so caring an open to suggestions. They really explain each medication quite throughly right down to how many calories you need in your stomach if food is required. I am so impressed with these people. I look forward to seeing them when i need refills. I would give them even more stars if i could.”

“I’ve been using this pharmacy for about two years and I’ve always had a positive experience. The pharmacy techs are helpful and knowledgeable and the cashiers and security are super friendly. Their notification system is useful and prescriptions always get filled in a timely manner (so much better than the walgreens). Shelves have gotten bare and products are pricey but I don’t think that’s at fault of the location.”
